House keeping not do their job properly, we find insects and roaches in the room
All night I can hear the traffic going by because no one thought to use insulated windows, and woke up to the SUN IN MY FACE because the room had no room darkened blinds and let’s not talk about the SMOKE that fill my room all night. A full refund is due because this was a horrible experience. I hope someone will respond to this review and address my complaint.
No issues. Pet friendly. Convenient location
Hotel was ok. Rooms were large and beds we’re comfortable and breakfast was good. Sofa was dirty, shower tub was clogged with hair so water didn’t drain and glad I brought ear plugs since highway noise was very loud.
Great property for an overnight stay in Augusta.
Staff great. Place is old. Smelly. Carpets in the room are disgusting.

The full size refrigerator and bench that was in my room those were great. Beds were good too. Very nice hotel definitely recommend

Found a few live bugs in our room (Stink bugs). The bathroom floor was dirty but overall not horribly bad. Our check in was great.
Was very disappointed that they lease the pool to the local YMCA. Was told by manager I would get a discount and would see a credit. I have never received any form of discount or credit. Just complete lies from front desk and manager!!!! Never again
Room was spacious and clean. TV remote was missing, it took several tries to get a replacement. The real downside was we went down for breakfast at 8:10am, only to find nothing but yogurt and coffee available. This was not what was in the hotel description There was no notification upon check-in that this was the case
Understanding the property is under renovations, it was nice
Reserved a king bed but was given two queens. Not what I wanted.
Cable tv was not working at the property. They informed us at check in and we opted to go elsewhere.
