We stayed here while in town for the Masters Tournament so the rate we paid was ridiculously high! However, so was everywhere else. That's fine. The hotel and our room were clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. The amenities are pretty sparse. There's a couple tubes of shampoo and small bars of soap. That's it. There is a pod coffee maker. Also had a mini fridge and microwave. The continental breakfast was good and all we needed before heading to the tournament. The staff at the desk were friendly. All in all a good place to stay for what we needed - a place to sleep and shower.

The staff was so friendly - I seldom find that anywhere anymore. The room and facility were very clean and I felt safe there which at many similarly priced facilities is becoming an issue. I felt like the management actually cares about providing a good place with good service.

Hotel room interior appearance not clean. Chairs not clean, carpet cigarette burns. Bathroom face bowl had some type of stain in it.

Not in a very good location but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Wasn't expecting top notch, but was disappointed. Check in : only words uttered were "ID please and your room is that way". Room: tile missing, accessible bath was inaccessible without help. Tub chair at end of tub, water handles on other side, no way to reach handheld shower if in wheelchair. Listened to doors slam all night.

The room was very disappointing for paying so much money. There were hardly enough pillows in the room, there were cigarette burns on all the furniture, sink in the bathroom and even on the trim in the hallways. I guess the TV worked and the A/C but the room was so dated you did not want to stay in it.

I went to go visit my Children in Augusta and stayed at this hotel and was not impressed. The hotel is an old hotel and they are trying to compete with all the Neighboring hotels with the amenities. The staff seemed real nice but the rooms weren't cleaned correctly, and even though the staff was nice they seemed a bit put off by me when i asked a question or let them know something that was going on.

The room was in poor condition: torn carpet near the door, a toilet that didn't stop running, a phone that didn't work, a patched-up hole in the bathroom wall, and the bathroom sink stopper was missing. Better-maintained hotel rooms are available at this price, so look elsewhere.

I went to the hotel and the room I reserved they doubled booked it and did nothing to make it right ended up paying more money and going down the rode to a different hotel.

Room was smelly and dirty. Bathroom was messy and not cleaned. Pool was not operational. The front desk clerk was more interested in her friends that were hanging around than taking care of the guests. We did not stay the night we left and found another hotel to stay at.

I enjoyed my stay. Our check in was easy and simple...staff was very friendly....had an issue the first night w/ loud room above us and mid afternoon the next day so we complained to the Manager and since the guests had already been warned the previous night they were escourted out of the hotel. Location was great and just a few miles from golf course. I will defiently stay here again if I'm ever in Augusta again.

Headed in town for the Masters, it's understandable that hotels are booked. But the hotel lost our reservation, and the front desk attendant was adamant that we had stayed the day before, even though I had the reservation confirmation email and confirmation code. Finally, the attendant shared that they had made a mistake, but the only room left was a handicapped room. (Showers in handicapped rooms are tough.) The door had no deadbolt and didn't lock well. The room had no towels and no hairdryer. They offered no concessions or apologies for the mistake. Our expectations were low, but it was overall a very poor experience.

Like all hotels in Augusta during Masters week way over priced for what you get....but location is easy on/off I-20 and only ten minutes from course. Over all not bad for $ compared to others in area.

Not the best Motel I have ever stayed in, but, I was looking for location only. I had tickets to the Masters Golf Tournament and this motel was reasonably priced and 5 miles from the golf course. The rooms were OK, but nothing special. They had a private shuttle bus take you to and from the golf course for only $20. The best $20 I ever spent. Then when I got back and was very tired, they had complimentary cokes, beer, wine and snacks when you returned. You have no idea how good that cold beer tasted and saved the motel stay for an overall good review ! Great Trip !

While we were there for an annual sporting event and expected to pay more for less, this motel was the worst we have ever stayed in. Besides being old and tired and not well maintained, our room's air conditioner was not working well and it was no better after we reported it. That resulted in two sleepless nights. We discovered we paid more for our room using the provider we used than anyone else we talked to. While we have used this provider in the past we don't plan to use them in the future.

I have stayed in some lately that were bad. For the price this one was not bad at all. All I expect for this price is a clean room and sheets, this even had a fridge in the room, but no hair dryer. Still good for the price.

Room was rough. Tubs didbt drain. Shampoo was half full. Paid tons... Not worth 180+ a night. Worth 40-50. Staff was wonderful but so would I if I was making my years quota. Overall way way too much

DO NOT STAY HERE. The only nice thing I can say is we left with our money back!!! The pictures online of this hotel make it look amazing compared to what it really is, not that the pictures were really all that amazing. The rooms are bare. The worst things are the beds. NASTY!!!!! The mattresses are visibly buckled and tilt when you sit on a side of them and the blankets are so picked they look like a tiny pebble road. The smell is another serious problem. Hold your nose the entire time you are here, if you dare. I can't even describe the smell correctly to you. The front desk staff was fine.

No issues what so ever. Bed were comfy. Shower worked. Heat worked.

We should have went back to the car and continued on. The only reason why we didn't is because it was so late. Upon check in, lobby has numerous young gentlemen loitering in the lobby. Serveral were either under the influence of drugs and/or alchol. The first room we were assigned to had someone already in the room. Was switched to another room. The air would not turn off and the heat would not turn on. The room was not clean. The next morning, the front desk attendant was at the community computer surfing the web. A young lady sitting at the front once again, seemed to be under the influence. Did not seem like a safe hotel with the people loitering and drugs. I do NOT recommend this hotel!!
