The staff was great they were very friendly and helpful, the facilities need some up keeping. Door knob to the bathroom was falling off, the shower handle and spout were very loose. When we first checked in the room was clean looking but lots of dust on the desk and dresser. Second day everything was much cleaner. Not what one would expect for $250 a night and this was by far the cheapest place in town. I know the Master’s Golf tournament was in town but that’s no excuse for price gouging.
Place is absolutely disgusting and customer service was horrible....
We Waited OUTSIDE For 45 Minutes Ringing The Bell For Service But Never Came Until We Started Honkiny Our Horn . Bathroom Was FILTHY ! Beds Had Burn Holes In The Covers & There Was Only 4 Pillows Instead Of 6 & They Accused Us Stealing There Pillows !! Never Again Will We Stay There

Frigerator leaked water it was unplugged when we checked in but it did stay cold. Attention to detail on cleaning food under desk & night stand. Microwave dirty. If the shower was cleaned some one would of seen there was no water pressure . We requested a NO SMOKING ROOM and when we walked in you could tell it had been heavily sprayed to try to mask the smoke smell but you could so smell the smoke as we stayed 2 nights
The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. No attitudes here. The rooms clean and comfortable. For the price I paid it was surprisingly excellent. But I love Choice hotels.my nephew works at the Marriott a few blocks down on the same street and I got similar service here. I'm a native New Yorker and traveler so I'm VERY Particular.

The room was not as clean as it should have been the tub was dusty and I found a stain in the bed the next morning.
This is a great hotel for the value. The Staff was excellent. The location is easy to access and close to the expressway, restaurants and shopping.
The hotel was reasonably priced and in a good location for my travel. Nothing astounding, but the TV worked and the coffee machine made coffee, and the shower had hot water. The TV didn't have all the channels I wanted, and the wifi didn't work, but there was another wifi in the same area that worked, so I was ok there. The biggest complaint I have was that I had to wake up the morning staff to open their breakfast.

Stayed for an overnight layover. Bargain hotel, so no frills. But the motel was in a decent (safe and quiet) location, the room was clean and odorless, and the bed was reasonably comfortable.
customer service was very good, the location was perfect for us, being right across from the hospital, I had to undergo an outpatient surgery so it was so convenient.
