There are similarly priced places close by that are nicer. The pool was closed the whole time we were there and we picked this place over others solely because of the indoor pool. All front desk workers were super nice. The bed was comfy but the bathroom was a little dingy. The breakfast area was overcrowded and small.

The breakfast was ok, but the only fruit was grapes. Pool out of order which played a large part in our decision to stay there. An offer of a discount for a future stay at their chain would have gone over well.

Easy check in, friendly staff, and the rooms were actually clean. I will return

The room and staff were fine but the events of our stay were peculiar. I was woken up at 4am by someone trying to get in my room with their key. At 6am a note was slid under my door to call the front desk at my earliest convenience. The note wasn't even on hotel stationary. When we left for the day (2 nite say) the front desk was questioning our change of rooms. We never changed rooms. Back at the end of the day our room hadn't been cleaned. I guess they thought we'd changed rooms. Fortunately someone was still there from housekeeping to refresh our room. The second day there was no hot water for a shower. I heard other guests complaining of the same. The manager was very apologetic for the events of our stay but there are lots of places to stay in Augusta so next time we will try elsewhere.

Country Inn was not bad at all. The staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms was okay. You can really tell that the room may have been a little raggedy before remodeling. The ceiling looked like there was a leakage of some sort before and someone painted over the spot. The bathroom was nice but you can definitely tell that it was remodeled as well. Only complaint i have with the bathroom is Toilet seat was loose. The hotel hallways was a little noisy and wall was very thin. I could hear the people in the room beside me conversation very clear. On a positive note the bed sleep very well and the staff was very attentive. One improvement would be the breakfast service. The space was small and they ran out of food for everyone. Overall I wouldn't mind staying here especially with the low price.

Good overall value for the $. Older hotel but basic clean room and friendly staff.

The location was excellent, on and off I20 in minutes. The staff was very well accommodating, only downfall was no outdoor pool, other than that excellent overall stay.

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good, with variety. The hallways smelled off, and there were numerous stains on the hallway carpets. The room was okay. There was a bug in my shower. It is in a convenient location, and it was relatively quiet at night.

Location was great, all was good, very busy area, located in the middle of everything.

Overnight stay for bowling tournament in Augusta ... Nice, clean hotel, friendly staff. Close to freeway access and places to eat. Would stay there again if in the area.

The staff was nice, the room was clean, the beds were super comfy. I slept like a baby. I really enjoyed this hotel and will be staying here again if i'm ever around.

Nothing special. Bathrooms and carpet need to be replaces . Beds pretty comfortable. Tv alright.

It was a good deal for the price. Had sort of a weird smell in the room but other than that it was ok.

Very convenient location, clean room, friendly staff and warm breakfast.

Loved the location which was close to the interstate. The hotel was right beside a restaurant so we didn't have to drive to get dinner. My only complaint is that the hotel was under renovations and my room didn't have a refrigerator in it.

Clean rooms, good, friendly staff. A nice travel bargain. Great location for quick access to Augusta, GA events. Very typical motel breakfast set-up. We would stay there again.

I enjoyed the rooms; however the TV's were a little outdated. The staff explained they were in the process of upgrading! Breakfast was good; however other meat choices should be available...everyone doesn't eat Pork! The staff was phenomenal!

Great staff and clean comfortable room. I would highly recommend staying here.

Enjoyed the hotel and staff. It was clean and the breakfast in the morning was good too.

The staff was great, very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast had more options than the average continental breakfast and was delicious. The pool was small but nice. The hotel was not so great. It's old and so is everything in it. The outside door won't open with our room key, the room door wouldn't latch closed without slamming it several times, and the beds were lumpy. We stayed in a 2 queen bed room and there was barely room to walk around. The staff did accommodate a crib for us but it took up what little space was in front of the desk area. The refrigerator froze everything, including the baby's antibiotics, and there was no button to turn it down. Overall it was an ok experience.

Dear Jan, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. We do apologize that there was a mix up when your rooms when your were checked in. We typically do not have these problems and apologize for the inconvenience. In reference to the hot water, there was a gas leak in the hotel and we had to turn off the gas. It was repaired by 11:00 AM the same day that it was reported. We do apologize that these incidents just happened to happen while you were staying with us, they are not typical issues and not a reflection on our day to day operations. We do appreciate that you do have a choice in hotels in the area and we can only hope that we can show you how awesome our hotel and staff can be. Kind Regards, Lisa Wahlmeier
