Lady at desk was disinterested when I came in.. was sent to a room that was not made up...second room was okay, but bathroom grout in shower has mildew on it and when I used the hairdryer, the whole unit came out of the wall. Breakfast was mediocre. Hard to get to.

Conveniently located right next to I-20 & within minutes of the Masters Tournament. Rooms were very clean with furnishings a little worn. Appreciated the complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving cream, deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, & body lotion. Nice touch. There was what looked like a speaker vent on the wall in the bathroom from which noises were emanating. We kept the bathroom door closed so as not to hear them while we were sleeping. We were provided an ironing board but no iron. Breakfast was a bit below average. Food salty and orange juice watery. The price was exorbitant for the type of accommodation provided but typical for Masters week. The demand for accommodations allows the hotels to upcharge. Would stay here again for a short 3-day, 2-night trip to the Masters.

Crappy (and cheap) construction work, outside entrance is unkept. Spend the extra money for Baymont- Ft. Gordon, it's updated, the grounds are clean, the staff is polished, and it feels safer! The West location wasn't worth the dollars saved.

I really enjoyed my stay and the rooms was very clean..My morning was topped off with a good hot breakfast.

The first room had "blood stains"and I don't know what the black bits were in the shower. My last night the police raided the hotel to find a suspect. I was followed by an extra "friendly" guest for a night. The Night Manager was super nice and helpful. Rooms aren't cleaned daily. I found hair in the washcloths and towels.

Close to freeway e z to find fabric store next door Freebie breakfast with variety & well maintained Clean large rooms Too bad they are NOT pet friendly like some other Baymounts are

The stay was great. Any issues was resolved very quickly. We had to change rooms because bed was very uncomfortable and not on bed frame or was broke. The one staff member went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Friendly staff, nice clean rooms. Very nice stay. Would recommend to friends and family.

I'd never stay there again if it would save my life don't stop look pass go or collect $200 this place sucked from start to fininsh

Very good for a focused, low cost business trip. Wi-Fi was very inconsistent, Rooms, were clean enough, was sufficient for me, but I wouldn't stay here with the family...

Pictures on web very misleading. My bath towel had blood on it, coffee maker didn't work. Next time I'll pay more for nicer accommodations.

I have stayed at the Baymont many times. It is a good value. All of the rooms I have stayed in have been clean. If any thing was needed the staff immediately took care of it. Pool is perfect. Breakfast is good.

Good value for money. No surprises which is good in this price range. Close to town but skward access from highway. Will probably stay here next time in town.

We were here for Masters week. They had nice touches, like the room keys were all green and said "Masters Week" and had the place and dates on them. The breakfast was very nice and included in the room. Eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, waffles, rolls, etc. Looks like the whole hotel was recently remodeled, and was very clean. Staff was friendly. I would recommend this place anytime.

I stayed here so I coud easily get my son to and from the Augusta Aquatic Center for a three day meet. It was very clean, and the staff was nice. The breakfast was never completely out by 6 am but there was a good selection of food.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant Room was clean although the beds are too high up off the floor about 30 inches

we had a wonderful experience ,a qiuck check in the room was nice, clean and updated. we felt safe and secure. thanks

Experience good excellent for louder than normal air conditioner

Spent four nights at this hotel and it was good. The rate was high for that time of year, but it was the tournement weekend. Good staff, nice, accomodating. Breakfast was good and they had happy hour too! We will book again with them.
