The only things that really kept this from getting all the stars is that the hotel does not have AC, which we didn't know about until arriving (and it is warm), nor do they have an ice maker. Otherwise is is an economical hotel located in the downtown area next to the Haupbanhof (Main Train Station) and on three streetcar and multiple bus lines. We also recommend the Sixt car rental located next door in the same building.
I wnet to Augsburg to take a course. The hotel was really good, confortable and the service fine! Breakfast good! Personal very nice and helpfully.
I was told that I need a breakfast voucher in order to help them prepare the breakfast for next day. Thus, I got 3 vouchers for my stay. The first morning I was on the run and had no time for breakfast and gave my voucher back at the reception. By then I learned that I had to pay the 20$ for the voucher despite the fact that I did not enjoy the breakfast buffet! I asked to check the policy with the management. It had no effect.
