Excellent staff, very helpful and pleasant. Despite it being an older apartment building, it is renovated and well kept. Very spacious as well.
This is NOT a 4 star property. Buyer beware!! It is not as pictured at all! Location is away from the city centre and the hotel itself is more like a hostel. Management is lacking in any care whatsoever. They clean the rooms once every 3-4 days! DO NOT STAY HERE!! I walked in and walked right out. TERRIBLE LISTING!!
Noisy traffice all night. That is my only complaint, had to use earplugs to sleep.
Easy and fairly quiet. Peaceful at night allowing good nights sleep. Access to public transport good but would not recommend to anyone with mobility difficulties.
Spacious affordable apartment, close to the centre. We stayed for one night only with a family of 4. The hotel was easy to get to, Sky Bus stopped literally in front of it on the other side of the road. We arrived very early in the morning, staff was very kind and offered us to store our luggage until the room was made available. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. I wish we had more time to spend there, and so would definitely return and recommend the place to anyone.
Excellent apartment, very clean. Good city view. The only problem is the parking space is limited.
Close to downtown and the Auckland University. There is a lot to do and the food selections are also very good.
bed was very comfortable and staff very helpful, room was nice
We stayed for two nights. This apartment / hotel is more like hostel feel. Location is okay.
Stayed here while waiting for our cruise. View of Auckland from 17th floor was amazing. Thanks.
Hotel is in very good location. Close to Queen street. Very good value for the money.
Everything worked as planned. Nice staff and clean rooms.
We arrived very late on a Sunday, no food places open in the neighborhood and no food at the hotel. Next morning, good breakfast at the hotel, helpful staff, all positive.
The staff was very good. The 2 bedroom apt was just average. We took the air express bus from the ariport and it dropped us off across the street from apt. Our apt did not get cleaned except for towels, empty garbage and more milk for coffee. No air conditioning and only 1 fan. It was very warm the first day of our trip.
We stayed here the first 2 nights of our month long trip to New Zealand. It was a perfect place to get over jetlag as there were 2 bedrooms and a living room/kitchen, so if one person was up he didn't disturb the others. We were charged extra for the wireless internet and continental breakfast but it was well worth it. There are good views toward the harbor. We however faced the motorway which created traffic white noise. But a bright and sunny space to collect ourselves and a good start to our trip!
