It was so bad we left10 minutes after arriving

The apartment was so small the front door practically hit the bed The sofa in the picture was not the furniture that is there The shower may fit a small child and there were not space to unpack your suitcase There was very little to cook with Overall a very undesirable place to rent Then we were promised 2000.00 NZD refund but it never materialize Do not rent this property

Our apartment was a bit small (tight around the bed and furniture), but it was clean and functional. It's not this property's fault that we had just stayed a week in Melbourne in a comparably priced, yet more comfortable apartment. The location is fine as Auckland is a small, walkable city. Just a few things worth noting for anyone considering a stay: 1. The kitchen is under equipped for cooking (i.e. a bowl, a larger flat pan would be a good add). 2. There is no air conditioning. We were lucky that the fan was adequate for the weather we experienced. 3. The shower is small making a tight fit for an average sized adult male (me: 180cm, 100kg) However, overall I gave the accommodation a 4 star rating because we had a grand time and didn't dwell on the points noted above.
