Nice and clean. Not fancy, but it was what we needed. My only issue is that they did not have a complimentary crib available for our 1 year old.

They were doing some remodeling work in the breakfast area so the staff made other arrangements for breakfast. We found it easier to just buy some breakfast items and keep it in the refrigerator in our room. On our last day the cleaning staff forgot to leave any clean towels but since we were leaving very early the next morning we just used what was still in room. The room was clean and any occasion we had to deal with the front office we found them helpful.

I arrived late, and the bathroom reeked of urine. Additionally, tub did not drain as I showered - eventually (in a brief shower) came over my ankles. I called the front desk and the night clerk took the information, and I requested that someone re-clean it and unclog the drain the next morning. I had to leave early, and when I returned that afternoon, it had been cleaned, no longer stunk, and the drain had been unclogged. So I have to give good marks for staff/service, though I got a bad taste in my mouth initially.

Room was ready when we arrived. Staff contact was minimal but always polite and helpful when we saw them. Location was awesome - we walked across the parking lot and street to Village Mall and hopped on Tiger Transit with no fuss to go see football game! They had a nice selection for breakfast and also had a few things that we could grab and go since we needed to get on the road back home ahead of the storm. Only complaints - wet stain on carpet between beds and lamp bulb blown out. Would not make me NOT return - already planning for next year actually! Thanks Quality!

Things were dusty. Bathtub didn't look clean. But the bed was good. Had to really hunt for any outlets and then they were loose. Breakfast was just OK. Breakfast opened at 5:30.

Good overall. Staff was great. Suspect that they charge more on football weekends. They all probably do.

The staff were really nice, the room is average but for the location it was good and the beds were comfy.

We satded at this hotel four nights now. The particular time was the worst, Our room had small ants in the shower and sink area in the morning.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The first was ok. This time we get a handicap room, the bed was hard. They also charged us $20 +tax for our pet dog. It will be the last tie we stay there.

We enjoyed our evening at the quality inn. The only issues we had were with the fire alarms. Someone pulled the alarm and the front office had a difficult time figuring out how to make it stop. The alarm went off 3 different times before the problem was fixed. With 2 small children, it made for an unpleasant experience.

My mother & I shared a disabled room - it was perfect for her needs. The breakfast was just perfect with a wide range of items to pick from. This is my 3rd. stay here & I always look forward to my visit with them.

Was in town for a wedding and needed an inexpensive hotel that was convenient to campus without being too close. This place was perfect. Tucked back behind a strip mall, it is quiet and out of the way, but less than a block from one of the main highways thru town.

We booked this room so we could arrive bright and early Saturday morning at Auburn University for the Science Olympiad. It was relatively close to campus and relatively inexpensive, which was all that mattered to me.

comfortable and clean room

It is a great overnighter for the money. There were no odd smells and there were no loud noises. The bed was comfy. Not the best. But comfy. Its location was nice. It is tucked away from any major road. i would stay there again if money is tight.

Very convenient and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

The room's appearance is very nice, not the usual motel like furniture. The pillows were too soft and there was a very weak shower spray. But the bed was comfortable. The breakfast selection was just average. The hotel staff were very helpful.

Easy check in very clean and great price for a fotball weekend.

I've stayed there three different times and feel I've found a good value.

Easy to find. Great continental breakfast. Would definitely staff there again.
