Welcome to "NamaStay Here In Auburn" in the centrally located community of Gardens at Gatewood! This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome sleeps 7 and is right off of E. University Drive in Auburn. As soon as you walk in the front door, you enter into a living room and dining area with tranquil colors that immediately calm any weary traveler. The well equipped kitchen has high end finishes and leads to a sitting porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. There is also a one car garage for your use behind the porch and a driveway for extra parking. The first floor also has a wonderful master suite with a queen bed, glass enclosed tub/shower combo, and large vanity area.
Head upstairs to find a large flex space with a great seating area should you choose to read a book or watch TV. You also have a desk available if you need to get a little work or studying done. The additional two bedrooms and bathrooms are also located upstairs, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, a twin mattress cot, and a portable crib should you need it for a little one.

Great location and well maintained house
We selected this home as our base for Auburn parents weekend! Super happy with the choice! It's a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes away from the hustle; easy to get back and forth to campus (driving), and very comfortable for a family of 5.
The property is well maintained and managed, and was stocked with everything we needed for the long weekend. Look forward to staying in the home again!
