Great location less than a mile from Pike Place Market and the waterfront. Pioneer Square has a very unique vibe, cute shops and restaurants.
Very clean, old school property. Suffers without parking so you have pay extra to park 1 block away with someone else. Only downside, other than parking, was cold shower in the morning. Might be old water system in the building, i dont know. Staff friwndly and helpful. Pretty quiet night, except for the cart someone was pushing down the hall at 4am.
In old Seattle near ferry and railroad station
The hotel is like stepping back in time, in other words, old. The staff was excellent and friendly. The hotel was very clean. Great location. Things I did not like: Rooms are small, TV is too small, no refrigerator, you can hear the room above you.
Old fashioned charm. Good location for ferries and waterfront. Short (although hilly) walk from light rail to airport.

The hotel location is the biggest plus. We could walk or ride the light rail easily all over the downtown area.
Very convenient to waterfront and sights. Free breakfast is much better than normal "continental" breakfast with cheese, hard boiled eggs, waffles and other goodies.
Excellent location next to the Seahawks Lumen Field. Older buildings that’s been around and has a nostalgic feel. Nothing too fancy but it’s cozy. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Closeness to the Railroad Station. Came in and left on Amtrak All good.
