I would rate this 5 star for the staff...they were very friendly and helpful...Everything that went wrong was not their fault...they were very apologetic about the water being shut off the elevator not working and then the leak in our bathroom ceiling which they fixed immediately...but, by the time we left the elevator was working...the water was only shut off for two hours, and the plumbers forgot to turn the valve off upstairs that is why it leaked into our bathroom...It was quit funny when I think of it...lol The bed was so comfortable and the room was clean...yes the furniture is old... it was comfortable...I would stay here again :)

Laundry facilities was a nice touch..but the lobby or ur extended breakfast tables see where I am going… seriously these pillows are really really bad…I am still not asleep at 330am … I did not get a full pillow or a comfortable one…I had to roll towels to make a pillow…please splurge and invest in pillows so ur guests can have what they aid for a restful sleep..where r USBs????

I'm afraid there isn't much we can say that was good about this hotel besides our mattress and the fact that we had a kitchen. As mentioned in my check in survey, the room was not adequately clean (despite moving from a room that was even LESS clean). There was hair on the bathroom floor and a ring around the tub. There was one bar of soap to share between the bathroom sink and tub. There was always some kind of trash on the floors in the allway as well as lying around. It appears that this hotel is used for long term stays and the garbage containers by the elevators were always filled and had several bags of garbage lying next to them. There is no maid service during the stay (to make bed or change towels or heaven forbid sweep the hair off the bathroom floor from the previous guest). They must only come when you check out. As mentioned in my other survey, we expected some kind of breakfast as we described in the listing. It should be removed since that is not the case. The staff we encountered were all very friendly. It just seems like there is a lack of staff to keep the place clean.
The staff was so friendly. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and a great size and set up. The breakfast was nice, though not grand. There was no toothbrush in the bathroom. Overall very nice stay and I would/will return!

Desk people were very friendly and accomodating. We called the front desk to come and clean the toilet and they came right away. Housekeeping missed it
The hotel was clean. Lots of food options nearby. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. There was even a night social that offered some food, which was nice. I would definitely stay here again.
Good facilities. Decent breakfast. Clean. Easy to find. Close to interstate, yet very quiet in the room.
hotel was OK... kind of depressing impression upon arrival. Not much around
We arrived to check in and there was no one there to check us in. There was someone in front of us waiting as well. When we did finally check on 20 minutes later, she offered no information about the hotel. Then later that evening I tried calling the front desk at least a dozen times to get additional blankets and no one ever answered. Also, the advertised price on Orbitz said $114 and then I clicked book it and all of a sudden it was over $140! Never again...
