Very good! Sad its closing soon. Very good staff and very nice place

I understand that it's closing, but this place treats it like its closing.

Workers were on strike. Didn't know this at the time until we arrived. It's a little out dated and not much excitement as you would expect for a gambling area. May have something to do the the strike.

The hotel is getting old and needs renovation also the Hard Rock Cafe need improvement in their menus very poor quality food burned meat in my hamburger the floor was very dirty silverware on the floor

It's closing in October, but all bars and normal restaurants were closed now. Staff striking outside, all day long, yelling at you. Did I mention no room service? And in 5 days, not once did someone come to clean our room, had to ask for towels etc... Ice machine broke on our floor, no microwave in room that I requested, deck outside on "roof" no breeze from ocean & pool inside.....a nightmare

It was okay. Not terrible, not awesome. The staff was great. The room was clean but average. The wall paper was coming off, there was no fan in the bathroom. The blanket barely fit the bed. The casino and hotel were appealing to the eye. Casino didn't pay/play much. Half of the stores and eateries were closed due to the strike. The view was good, location was nice. Parking was a bit far when the closer garage was closed off....so overall it was okay. ...

It was a very depressing experience. The hotel is scheduled to close soon. Many business are already closed. Some common areas have not been renovated for years and it shows. The employees were on strike all weekend and and they were protesting on the boardwalk which was very distracting. The area around the hotel is not safe to walk.

Very nice staff, all of whom will now be out of work.

Everything was awesome about our first time stay in AC except for the picketers...It was a little unsettling having to pass them every time we entered or exited the hotel. If i had been aware of the strike beforehand, i definitely would have booked another hotel. Other than that Our stay was Amazing!

Fast check in and check out. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable.

There were loud protesters outside the hotel. I had to request a new room, because the hotel room was dirty. The hotel/casino had a lot of vacate businesses inside the faculty. Overall, I was unsatisfied and will stay at another hotel when I return to Atlantic City. I was unaware of the hotel closing announced by the owner, and once discovered cancellation for a full refund was not an option.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was nice great view! The beds are comfortable and the shower was great. It's close to everything! We had a great time

It was nice except for the strike. I enjoyed the room and the view of the beach i would go back again when there not on strike though

Nice hotel 4th time staying here. The remaining staff that was not in strike didn't make it more comfortable. Paid so much money for chairman tower. ..had a view of garage smh. Wouldn't upgrade us despite strike and closed restaurants. Hated crossing picket lines and being yelled at by strike workers. Not the best stay but still a nice hotel. Would definitely return once the strike is over. My favorite restaurant was closed Rim...

The hotel was great but somewhat empty due to the strike. The stairwell at the parking garage that we had to use many times was filthy and disgusting. Something needs to be done about that

Not recommended room comes with nothing no wifi and no drinking bottled water. Vending machinenon the floor But with no drinking water bottle

Awesome had a great time and great room ready to go back already

Rude employees. The whole building smell cigarette smoke. Dirty carpets. I called house keeping when I found something needs to be clean asap and they said it's no time to clean now, I had to wait until next day. Horrible experience!

I figured that staying at a Trump hotel it would be nice. Half of the restaurants were closed and the room was not fully cleaned. I was told this was because their staff was on strike. The staff in the restaurant you would have to wave them down to try and get food. I sat for 10 minutes before I got any attention. Once I did get my food, the "seasonal vegetables" was a single large piece of broccoli that was not fully cooked. When in the casino, there were only two waitresses serving drinks so you could sit for over an hour and not get served. You could not order room service because of the strike. The place smelled musty and needs serious updating. I would avoid at all costs, especially if the strike is still ongoing.

The place was mostly on strike but saw the potential. Great price and location despite the strike and barren establishments inside. Price and location were enough for me.
