I had very bad experience with this hotel. The entire hotel was managed by two people that includes maintenance, front office, house keeping etc. I booked my hotel through Orbitz and the pictures on the website was not representing the hotel. I was the only guest there. Hotel is in very bad location and not safe at all. The nastiest place I've ever stayed. Hotel was super dirty and all the equipment inside the hotel was not in working order. The hotel check- in time is at 3:00 pm and if you show up even 1 minute early, they will not check you in and you have to wait outside until 3:00 pm. ( no office space and they lock the door during business hours). There is no single good thing about this place even if they offer you $10.00 a night still do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY at this place.

Pro: Fairly inexpensive, quiet...but seemed to be because inn was pretty empty Cons: Half a role of toilet paper, half a slimy vial of opened shampoo, had to ring bell and wait for attendant, cold coffee no other breakfast items at 9:11 Am, musty odor in room, Knock on the door at 10:45AM reminding us to check out immediately Biggest Con: handwriting credit card number on the back of my sign in sheet.

The relax inn is terrible. No wonder they have a no cancellation policy. We arrived in the afternoon to a locked office door, when they finally answered they spoke little English and seemed to care little for my questions. The room had only one working light, the remote for the tv didn't work so they gave us another saying the remote only adjusts the sound not on/off or channels. They have no ice machine. The toilet paper roll came off the wall at first touch, holes in many of the walls and the smell was terrible. We were awoken at 6am to loud hammering, when front desk finally answered the phone they had no understanding of the word hammer, loud hammering unbelievably rude staff. We left as early as possible to another hotel and gave up the second nights fee. I have pictures of all of this, we found that the only other guests were weekly renters who were arguing with hotel staff because they could not pay for the week.

The room was ready upon check-in. I booked a king room, but was given 2 queen. The bed was comfortable. I did not expect to see the sink/vanity outside of the bathroom. The bathroom smelled of cigarettes and the toilet seat was a different shape from the toilet. I do not know about the wifi as I did not try to use it. The TV, on the other hand, did not want to work. The remote did nothing, even after I changed the batteries with ones from my camera. The volume at it max, was barely a whisper. There was no way of changing the channel without the remote, so I listened to the radio. If someone was on tough times and just needed a cheap place to rest your head for a night, this would be fine. I will not be returning to this property.

I booked this hotel because the price was good compared to all the other hotels near the beach in Atlantic City. I had made my reservation online through the traveling agency but I wanted to ensure there was no issues with the reservation so I called the hotel directly the day before my arrival. No one answered. I tried again the day of my travel and still no answer. I thought that was very unprofessional and so I called back the agency and they of course confirmed everything for me with great customer service. When I got to the hotel, I thought the outside appearance looked decent, considering it is an Inn. When we got to the office/front desk, the receptionist seemed nice. She gave us a room key and sent us on our way. The room I reserved was non smoking but the room I got smelled like cigarettes. The furniture seemed to be a little updated but the comforter seemed old and outdated. there was only 1 towel in the bathroom and no hand towel to wipe hands. I was not impressed with that at all. All the appliances were unplugged and fridge made a louse noise. I guess that's why it was left unplugged. Overall, the stay was ok for the price. But I don't think I will stay there again.

Although overall cleanliness was good the coverlet smelled of B.O. and thus sullied an otherwise pleasant stay.

there were bedbugs on the mattress, when I told the front desk we had bedbugs, they couldn't care less.,

The towels and washclothes were stained, the pillow cases were stained and had strands of someone elses hair on them the 4 light bulbs above the sink were different from one another and 2 were blown, the complimentary lotion was used and we booked a king bed hotel but got there and was told that they didnt have that room available also the cables wasnt working...i hated the room luckily it was 9nly for one night

would not stay here again. old muffins and burnt coffee free of charge.

This hotel was very nice. The people were very kind at the desk. I had thought I booked the room with the Jacuzzi but when I got there there was none. Truthfully, the hotel was comfortable and it was close to Atlantic City for a great price. I would stay here again. The only problem I really had was there was not wifi and the bathtub was not clean...

We stayed for few days for AC trip. It was affordable and close to AC.

is starting from checking the checked into the first room and the TV didn't work the toilet in the bathroom with dirty the sheets on the bed was un wash and then checked in to Jacuzzi room was even more nasty changed our room be in another un clean room that has a Jacuzzi at 11 o'clock he came banging on the door and say we had to give 70 dollars more the money that we spend staying in this the book of a trip was will waste the sheets was yellow instead of white because there wash clean rite or not at all they don't ever have to worry about me or friends or family being recommend here

My hotel stay was good. The price was great. Just 20mins from Boardwalk. Perfect for weekend fun!

Friendly service, nice and safe location. Room could be cleaner sometimes, but overall I would recommend because it is very good value.

I have stayed at this hotel four times when going to the ISS convention in Atlantic City during the past 4 years. I read the reviews and I can't say I am surprised. Please read my review as I feel it is fair and balanced. First off, the price is vary low and all things considered it is a GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY!!! Although it it's unreasonable to expect to pay one of the lowest prices and expect 5 star service apparently many people do, judging by some of the harsh reviews I have read. Let me set the record straight here. This place is safe, clean and very acceptable. They have cable TV and FREE internet that actually works well. Why is it with people that pay such a low nightly rate for a place to stay and rate it like they were paying $250 a night. Seriously- it boggles my mind and infuriates me to think that some people are so irrational and lack the ability to rate a place on the merits of VALUE. You can't pay for a Volkswagen and expect to drive away in a Ferrari. This place it a great value and if you're looking for a clean, safe place to hang your hat for a few nights, look no further. The people are very nice and it is located just off a busy road not far from Atlantic City and there are plenty or great places to eat near by. Trust me you'll like if there. If you write a review be fair and remember how much you didn't pay!!!. It's a great trade off, and outstanding value.

Do not waste your money here. The manager is extremely rude. Initially he would not honor our reservation from online because he "doesn't trust email". After fighting with the guy for a while he finally gave us a nonsmoking room but it smelled entirely of cigarettes. He returned to our room only a few minutes later and told us he found my reservation (no apology) and that I had to sign for extra charges he was trying to sneak in for an upgraded room I did not ask for. We asked to be moved to the room we originally reserved and after we had to listen to him complain about how the room goes for much more during the summer he eventually gave us a new room key and told us we should only use one of the two available beds (I'm paying for a 2 bed room I'll use whatever beds I want). During the night the walls are so thin we had to listen to someone in another room blast their tv until 4am. When we finally got up the next morning and wanted to take a shower we noticed the inner shower curtain was covered in disgusting black mold and the towels were stained. My girlfriend went to the office to ask for a new curtain and towels and came back visibly upset. The manager had yelled at her saying he wouldn't give us another room because they were full (There were 2 cars in the whole parking lot so he was obviously lying) and that if she wanted a new curtain she would have to change it herself because he didn't want to do it. At this point I had enough and went down to demand my money back and check out early. He didn't care at all and started arguing with me trying to say he had some right to yell at my girlfriend for asking for clean towels. Needless to say I'll never stay here again and hope anyone reading this won't dare give them any business.

Management is incredibly rude. When we arrived he wouldn't honor our reservation through this website because he "doesn't trust email". The non smoking room smelled like smoke and we asked to change after he tried to trick us into paying more for an upgraded room. The next room was dirty beyond belief. The shower curtains were full of mold and the towels were stained. When we asked for a refund he yelled at my girlfriend and told her to change the curtains because the workers weren't there. Then he lied saying no more rooms were available to change to. I left immediately and will never return.

I've been here twice in last 2 years. In 2013, our AC unit would not work properly, not a good night. In 2014, again the AC unit definitely affected my night's sleep. The unit ran for maybe 2 hrs, then the room got really warm around 1 AM. It then ran sporadically for the rest of the night which was not good for sound sleep since the room would get warm and then somewhat cool every 2 hrs or so.

The hotel staff was very nice. However, I was working that week and needed wifi. Which they ended up not having. So I needed to leave early. However, location, price and breakfast were worth the visit.

After one day the management move me to another room, no cleaning service for four days. Management was very rude when ask about WIFI. Told me to leave if I was not happy. Very hard to understand. Would not stay there again. Very disappointed!
