The hotel room was very dirty. There was no smoke alarm. The heater didn't work and it was freezing. The reviews were really misleading. There was no free breakfast. The best part of our experience was watching a guy steal a tv as we were leaving.
The front desk staff was awesome, some weird guy from my work showed up and they wouldn't let him in to my room, they handled the whole thing calmly and firmly. I would return if I wasn't moving away

Staff was patient, and did their job exceptionally well. First room, the ac didn’t work. So the hotel concierge switched me to updated room, with better views at no extra cost or worry.
False advertisement when you look on line get there and it look like a rooming house and ran down terrible just so disappointing
They rooms was horrible. They moved me to three rooms and none had working ac nor fridges. Although they did hold my bags when i came to early for check in. The chair was broken. I actually have photos of numerous broken things.

The property was in a good location. Friendly staff. Clean room. But there was only 1 remote for the 2 tv's. No wash cloths in either bathroom, and the wallpaper was coming down in some area's.
Too many strange looking people hanging around. For lack of better words, they should rename this place "The Trap."

It was ok!! But way too much money for what it was!! Toilet did not flush!! And on top of the room you had to be at 20.00 a night to park!! They need to renovate!! I will never recommend this place to anyone!! Not worth the money!!
The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The place is old and needs super renovation. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone for this price. You better spend a little more and go to one of the casinos.
