When we booked the hotel it advertised the pool as open and usable, but when we arrived the pool was closed. We chose to stay at the hotel primarily for being able to use the pool. This was an extreme inconvenience and ruined a major part of are plans.

A wonderful experience with lovely accommodations and a friendly staff. Breath taking rooms and a blissful atmosphere.

We always try to stay in a place that feels like home & this is the place!! We love it here!!

We had a great time love this hotel! We will be back for sure.

We had a great time in Atlanta. The view was amazing we were on the 15th floor and saw almost everything. The only bad this about the hotel was the bed was dented in bad and we didn't say anything bc we checked in 7hrs before we noticed it. We went the Follies and Magic City. Got the best couplesmassage at European Grand Buckhead best $200 spent. Overall amazing and can't wait to go back

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are huge, with a kitchenette. They are like loft apartments. One entire wall was window overlooking the pool with a balcony. the bathroom had a shower and tub. Very nice for the dollars. I will stay here again.

Beautiful and relevant hotel in the middle of all that Atlanta has to offer! Gorgeous condo like rooms!

The security guard there is extremely rude. He was very disrespectful. Came to our room with some random complaint when it was my boyfriend and I staying in the room. Kicked us out !!! No warning, no thing

The hotel was a great place to stay. The parking was a little pricey . Yes! I would stay there again .

We booked this hotel the day of for a last min getaway. Exceptional value! We booked the cheapest room, a standard suite, and got 780 feet of space to sprawl out in. Having the kitchen area was very nice, although we didn't use it much. Location was walkable to centennial park- about 5 blocks. Nice to have a balcony- not something we have gotten often in the city, and never for such a low price. Everything went smoothly so we had minimal interaction with front desk. When we did, they were helpful, well-spoken and polite. The valet staff was outstanding. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The high star rating this hotel get is exactly what it is. Everything we wanted to do is n walking distance also the Marta public train is right outside the hotel lobby door, we took a train to the Atlanta hawks game and back. The staff is very helpful, the bar, restaurant was enjoyable a little expensive but worth it. And the room was very comfortable and up to date.

The staff were not terribly friendly. Difficult time checking in. My family and I were in town for a business conference at the Dome, was close to Marta but not family friendly in the evening. I have stayed in Atlanta for years now and this was my first time staying in this part of town. Not the nicest area. Hotel was okay, room could have been cleaner.

Staff was excellent. In room terminal which listed services did not match what was actually available, but staff were very accommodating. Restaurant, in-room dining were great. Great food, great variety, great value. Security was amazing. I have never felt so safe in the middle of the city!Awesome value. We're ready to move in! Already planning our next visit.

Stayed one night with my teenage granddaughter to see a concert. The hotel was perfectly located, walking distance to the venue and several great resturants. The accomidations were excellent and I will diffinately return for another event.

Staying here was like staying in a one bedroom apartment with a large bathroom with two sinks, kitchen with granite countertops and the same Whirlpool stainless steel appliances I have in my home. Centrally located, directly across from the Civic Center Marta stop, walk to Publix grocer store. Good restaurant - haven't checked out the pool becaues it's been raining. Highly recommend - great value for the price. Pillows and bed were not so comfy - definitely sub-par there.

The hotel itself was awesome. Literally bigger than most one bedroom apartments. Would have been nice to have had some furniture on the balcony/patio, but not necessary. Room very clean, shower huge. Staff was a bit less than helpful for a typical boutique hotel but otherwise a great stay.

I've visited Atlanta many times, but this was by far my most enjoyable stay! I was like living in a luxury townhouse in Downtown ATL for a week! We hated to leave! We'll be back!

very nice and spacious went in october to see one direction at the georgia dome

I planned an impromptu weekend getaway with my daughter and I was not disappointed. After reading some reviews, I was kind of worried about the service I may receive but ALL of the staff that I interacted with were professional and very helpful! My room was very clean and in excellent condition. I have NO complaints.

This hotel is so nice and beautiful...we really enjoyed staying here for the weekend.
