Worst place we've ever stayed. It smelled, bugs were everywhere. The front desk wouldn't answer the phone. We only had two towels for three people. The table was broken.

The first room they gave me smelled like pee and the bathtub was filthy had to change room. One of the front desk clerk was very rude. She gave me a dusty coffee maker when I brought it to her attention she just took it to the back and left me standing there. I had to walk away. The service was totally HORRIBLE. I will never recommend anyone to stay at that particular hotel. You have to ask for almost everything basic thing from the front desk- Electric Iron, Coffeemaker, and there is not even a fridge in the rooms.

I rented the room for 4 days got put out by staff for no reason

I get in and get out later one minute. The local is very dirty and bad smell. I did not stay in this hotel. I pay for other.

There were roaches everywhere... the room was nice but they definitely have a roach problem and need an exterminator

This is a 1-2 star hotel. They are renovating so I'm sure within the next year or so the rooms will look better than they do now. There were some cops around when I first got there for whatever reasons and the area is a little sketchy but that's to be expected. I would say there are much better places to stay if you need to be near the airport. This hotel caters more towards locals than anything else.

20 degree weather, no heat, 1 very thin blanket, no towels

I was greeted by an attendant who was behind a security wall. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and was old and tired looking. I picked up the TV remote and a cockroach scuttled away.

Beds are old it needs new furniture, everything interesting, malls , downtown, etc. Is 25 to 30 miles away.

Didn't like room had a sewage smell in room 133 tranfer to another room not better the prices are high no good cable station it's a non smoking hotel no good phone reception I wont stay there again until the make changes

Trying to save a dime I ended up in the worse of the worse. To start the front desk clerk is soooo rude! I wanted to check out right then but I prepaid through 3rd party. Got to my room which smelled like cigs smoke and old mop water. I still didn't complain... I go to use the restroom there was poop still around the rim of the toilet!!!! And I still didn't complain. I went to my concert got back to the room laid on my suit case until I check out and spent $50 extra dollars for a waaaaaaaaay better room. Where I actually took a shower and relaxed in the room.

The best thing I can say about this hotel was they had some clean, white, towels. It seems as though they were new. Bath tub was dirty, hair in tub and hair hanging off the hangers as if someone was hanging their weave out to dry. Hair dryer didn't work. Had to walk to the front just to get ice. Breakfast left something to be desired-unsliced bagels and nothing to cut them with. No cream for coffee; use milk. Outside reeked of urine everywhere you walked. Need I go on?

No shuttle service to and from. Taxi added to cost. Bed not very comfortable. Coffee maker dysfunctional. Staff friendly and helpful.

This is the worst hotel I never stayed at. I walked into my room and it was horrible, I turned around walked right out, checked out and stayed somewhere else. The front desk receptionist was very understanding though. They need to do a complete rehab of the place.

Rotted wood floor in bathroom, holes in wall large enough for rodents to crawl through in bathroom, hair on pillows and sheets. Front office would not give a receipt or confirmation of checkout and there were people begging for bus money at 12am in the parking lot.

Travelodge should shut this place down. Room was absolutely awful. This non smoking room had butts on the floor. Dead bugs were all over the floor, and I can't begin to tell you what was on the sheets. If you're hard up for a place to stay go pitch a tent before staying here. UGH!!!!

The hotel was a bit small and not quite what I expected but I got what I paid for.

The hotel was good for the money but the cleaning staf never cleaned the coffee pot that was in the room from the last guests so I wouldn't touch it. People were friendly and gave nice service, but I couldn't sleep it was a little to close to the airport for me

The staff was very friendly. One of the beds hadn't been changed, I had to get fresh sheets, and a pillow case that wasnt on the pillow. No fridge or microwave in room. The continental breakfast was not good at all. But it very close and within walking distance to many restaurants. A lot of urban guests.

Great place to stay for a low price. People are friendly
