This hotel was not quality at all. For the money, you can do way better. The clerks had a bad attitude, the staff only gave us two extra towels but took the towels we were using, so it was really no extra. They didn't clean the bathrooms and the sheets didn't appear to be clean. The neighborhood wasn't safe, and I was informed that this was a poverty stricken area. The manager wanted to debate everything we asked of them.
The front desk staff was amazing! My husband, my niece and I, stayed two nights. The front desk people was courteous. We would stay here again, if needed. Great service. Rooms are clean. The staff will take care of anything you need. Very friendly. Great work done.
The older lady at the front desk needs an attitude check because she mistreats the paying customer especially if you point out any issues. Towels 2 won't give extras. Bed coverings; always dirty with bodily fluids and guest must change; bugs; dust and peeling paint on walls. I book the room online and the same rude and unprofessional front desk person wanted to charge 20.00 extra a night for 2 people. All hotels rates are based on 2 people. She only requested extra when we pointed out the soiled mattress cover and sheets. If you don't mind soiled sheets, blankets, out dated rooms and disrespectful behavior for a overpriced motel, then have at it. I tried to give them the chance to fix behavior but no changes. NEVER AGAIN
Room was ok, bathroom a bit dated, free breakfast minimal, how ever was sufficient. Pool empty, toilet in reception area out of order, in general this place needs a bit of general maintenance around property, a little further from airport than expected with no shuttle.
I will never go to a super 8 motel this motel had ant's in my bed in the bathroom I had to wash my clothes from them being in my items also I finally found a place to check in we're they would work with me due to my situation I will be taking further actions on this lucky I took a video and pictures I paid too much for this
We stayed here for 2 nights during Hurricane Irma with our 2 young children. It was an average hotel. If you are looking for a place with a bed and bath and nothing else, then this fits the bill. I would say there is lousy customer service. When I checked in the front desk person did not tell me what the wi-fi password was and was not all that pleasant. The free wi-fi also did not work all that well in the room. The room was large, nicely decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. It has a microwave and small refrigerator. The bathroom was reasonable in size. The bath only had 2 towels and when I went to the front desk area to ask for 2 more towels, the front desk person gave me attitude about it, asking how many people were in the room and she seemed reluctant to give them to me, which I think is odd. The room has occupancy for 4 people so I would think 4 towels would be standard. There was supposed to be a complimentary breakfast but it was very limited. There was some coffee, prepackaged danishes and that's about it. There is also a sign that says you have to eat the food in the lobby and can't take the food out. The problem is there really is no place to eat it in the lobby. The hotel was quiet though and in a very convenient location - very close to the interstate. We paid $90/night.
Needed one night, close to airport and within a tight budget. This was just the thing, right off the highway, quiet night.
I didn't like paying $93.00 for a room that barely got cool and not a hot breakfast! I did not make reservations ahead of time and really caught.. I did not get my money'so worth for this one night stay.
We were traveling through and needed a place to stay. The reservation line was helpful- we were having trouble finding vacancy and they were the only call to offer to check other locations. That is where the niceness ended. The room was dirty, there were patched holes in the walls, there was only bar soap in the bathroom, no shampoo to wash my hair and the towels were thinner than paper. There were really loud people outside all night and we could hear everything through the walls, the door did not shut tight and it didn't feel very secure. The continental breakfast was nothing ... literally nothing. Then the worst part is that we were quoted $99.00 for the night but with "taxes and fees" were charged almost $160.00... I could have stayed somewhere far nicer for that price tag. I will NEVER again consider Super 8 an option!!!!
This not a big hotel but there are several places to eat within walking distance. A fresh fish market is next door and they cook the fish for you. Front desk staff very nice and helped me correct my error. I will stay there again.
