Overall It was the cheapest hotel I could find so close to the airport, so I figured I got what I paid for. The really only problem I had with the room was the bathroom it was a total disaster and looked as if it never got clean.

I felt very unsafe booked through orbit for 65 dollars never again gross

Customer service was extremely rude. Made us slee in a dirty room with bed bugs. Didn't want to accommodate us to a different available room the same night. Rugs and tub has mold. I have pictures and proof of the hotel. It's a raggedy place. Do not stay no matter how cheap

The building and its facilities need a major facelift. That being said, the staff was nice, check in/check out was easy, the room was actually clean, didn't experience any bugs or creepy crawlers, always had enough towels and such, close to many food choices. If you can look past the ugly building, then its not a bad place. Not a place I would recommend for extended periods of time

Avoid at all costs... if you really really must i guess, but dont count on comfortable sleep. Room was dirty, pillows and beddings were dirty and had a smell, bathroom was atrocious and no toilet paper when we got in. Its very loud as its right next to highway.

If you are just looking for a place to sleep that is close to the airport, this place is OK. We considered swimming, but the pool was chained shut. The hotel has a run-down feel, but at least room was clean. No frills.

Room was clean and staff very friendly and helpful especially shuttle drivers and Carmen at front desk!!

This motel was directly next to a freeway. It reeked of cigarette smoke as soon as the air conditioning was turned off. There was no microwave, no refrigerator, (even though those items are pictured on the website) the pool was murky at best, the few times it was opened (supposed to open by 1 pm everyday in the middle of summer, highs of 95 everyday). The "breakfast" was bread, "eggo" waffles, tea, coffee, and juice. All the doors looked like they were busted or broken into. The stairs were uneven. The bathroom ceiling looked like it was going to cave in. The tv worked for the one olympic channel we could watch. I will never stay at another motel, Super 8 nor will I ever use Orbitz or any other site where you can't even get a partial refund if you are not satisfied with your stay or want to leave early. Once I checked in and saw the conditions, it was already too late for a refund..I did not feel safe there. I was there by myself with my children and slept with a chair in front of the door. Also, overnight my children woke up with bug bites. Not sure which kind.

Room wasn't even clean when they gave it to us, not the rooms I requested. Was told that I should have told them right when I found it instead of getting something to eat. Not all the rooms have the same things in them and not equipped with all the hangers and things. No refrigerator or microwave in one of the rooms. Refrigerator in one room did not even work. One room had bugs in it. One of us got ate up by them. The pool was not even open and it was green. Took them three days to clean it and that was the main reason why we got the rooms with them. I had to go outside everytime that I wanted a smoke because they did not honor my request and reservation for a room that I could smoke in even though they had 25 of them according to their map of the place. Parking ws crappy, there was not enough room for all of their guests to park. Only gave one towel for the rooms that had two beds in them. Shower rack was not properly screwed into the wall which let water leak all over the floor when we took showers. Tub would hold water in it while taking a shower instead of draining. The toilet handle had to be held for a while before it would flush. One of the doors was not closed all of the way when we came back to the rooms from the cleaning person being in the room.luckily nothing disappeared from the room. They don't even deserve a one for rating, I would not tell anyone to ever go there!!!! There was a few other guests that I talked to that didn't like how it was there either.

The pictures online of the room were almost like the actual room. I thought I read it had a microwave and fridge, but I may of made a mistake after looking at different hotels. That would have been a plus. The bath tub had hair in it and the towels need to be replaced (stains). Other than that, it was a good room, nice and spacious in the king bed. Walking distance to Waffle House but a little further you can walk to Burger King or other restaurants. Breakfast was what it was, continental.. Make sure if you a shuttling to airport you ask for an earlier shuttle than the staff suggest, they were down the time you want and the driver comes then, not an onsite driver that is always there, just in case you change your mind about leaving early. In fact my driver was late picking me up. Thank goodness the motel is near the airport.

This hotel was about what I expected for the price. This is a low income part of town which is located pretty close to high crime areas, so if you plan to use public transport while in Atlanta, I don't recommend staying here. There were also many sirens during the night. However, it's very close to the airport and the staff are all really friendly except for the zombie girl I've seen others write about. Even she wasn't bad, just not friendly.

The hotel room was very clean. I liked the layout of the room and it was decorated very nicely which was pleasing to the eye. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating.

I have a small restaurant and understand the difficulties of a small business and dealing with customers. I've only 2 pieces of advice: Try to say yes most of the time, to most requests, and try to smile a lot, and customers are likely to overlook most other flaws. And forget the extra fee for an early check in. The $25 are not worth getting a customer angry from the get-go.

Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights, had kids with me, asked for none smoking room, (Star)guest services put us within a room that smelled like someone just finished smoking and informed me twice you can not smoke in the room or your card will be charged. I told her i have kids on this trip. Went into the room, lifted up the seat and it was cigarettes ashes, nasty bathroom, smelled like someone took a dump. Didnt want to change our room, i think it was a set up to charge my card more money. But after sitting in the office letting her know im not having the kids in that room, she later changed the room..Never again will i stay there. Not a good place.

The stay was not that bad, but the rooms smells like smoke, had to switch, the guest service (Star) didnt want to change my rooms because she said they were booked but clearly no one was in them looking through the windows. Guest walk around the hotel all night. The guest service was not accommodating at all from the morning shift to the night shift.

I was supposed to arrive at 3 pm.... but the room was still dirty and they had not gotten to it... o it was not ready till 5 pm... so i had to be in the next room till mine was cleaned. Most rooms are WAY outdated with tv's that is back from the stone age... and dont dare think you are gonna get a menu to see whats comming on!!!! Oh and its the mold and the peeling paint that you would have to deal with!!! plz dont get room 235.... they have a employee what lives nect to it... and he BLASTS music at night and in the morning... i had to request another room!!! the only safe and good thing was the front desk clerks... they know what hospitality is!!! on my leave (its many things this lady have done for me during my stay) the driver of the van to take me to the airport was EXTREMELY late....(mind you it was like 15 of us waiting) so instead of us missing our flights... she got the keys to the van and drove us to the airport. I dont know her name but it was the black lady at the desk..... and i thank you so much for all that you have done and driving me out that place!!!

Worst hotel I've ever been, not hot water the 1st night, in 2015? Really? Front desk is also not friendly, didn't care on providing breakfast schedule. I had to request for towels which were kind of old. Room door have some marks and i didnt feel 100 safe there. Please save your money and dont go there.

The room was not cleaned everyday. They didn't provide enough towels. The bathroom was dirty, the walls around bathtub and shower was filthy. There was also a live bug in the bathtub. The floor wasn't vacuumed during my stay. The breakfast was continental with a very limited variety, they didn't even have lids to put on the carry out cups. The staff didn't take in pride in duties or their dress attire. .

Great overall experience. Staff very responsive to transportation and guest needs. Within reasonable walking distance to several restaurants. Provides a spacious but comfortable room. Great for business travellers or those with overnight layovers. Wi-Fi works perfectly and great continental breakfast spread.

Mirror was broken, found what looked like pubi hairs in our bed on the sheets, also found hairs all over in the bathroom (floor, tub, & toilet) it was obvious whoever cleaned the room did a very poor job. There were stains on the wall near the bathroom sink, also the tub did not hold water, as I wanted to take a bubble bath but was unable to do so. The shower head sprayed all over when it was on. Pool wasn't open even though it was 80+ degrees, and the constant sound of airplanes taking off & landing got annoying by the time we checked out.
