Construction in the front of the hotel was extensive and undisclosed. Our non-smoking room smelled. Beds were comfortable. Hotel needs more curb appeal.

The worst room experience I've ever seen in my life! The young idiot kid that was the person who checked me in was extremely rude, the room was old, dirty, rusty pipes, rusty bath tub, and the toilet was broken. This hotel needs to be shut down!

We got there late, it was an easy check in the staff At the front desk was nice answer the shuttle was right on time

Big room with nice furnishings and a super comfortable king size bed. The room was a little dusty and the tub wasn’t super clean, but the bed and furniture were clean. Overall a good place to spend the night and the price was great.

Water not 🔥 bathroom not clean enough to shower.but it was comfortably to sleep thru the 🌙

The hotel staff was unfriendly. A lady seemed to be in charge and each time I spoke with her she was short and unpleasant. When I turned on the shower the entire handle came off of the shower. The corners of the tub/shower stall was dirty. I needed to call the front desk to see if they had some extra toiletries (we were stuck in Atlanta due to weather without our luggage) the phone didn’t work. Turns out it was unplugged and the cord was broke. I rigged it to make the call and the lady up front immediately dismissed me and was rude again. She just seemed to have a “I don’t care attitude” and no evidence that she should be working in hospitality. The sheets were stained and the bedspread had what looked to be cigarette burns. Which was a little puzzling because I think it was a smoke free hotel. Nonetheless, there were several large holes in the already very low quality bedding. The extra bar lock on most hotel rooms was present on our door, but it was broken which neglected to provide the extra safety that I appreciate when sleeping in a new place. Thankfully, we only had to sleep at this hotel for a few hours before heading back to the airport. This was literally the only hotel we could find after calling 20+ hotels because of many cancelled flights out of Atlanta due to weather. As soon as we arrived at hotel I clearly understood why this was the only hotel with availability but We had no other choice. Given the choice again I would probably choose to sleep at the airport.

I left by the hours of 6am because there was no heat..

The building and the room were filthy, furniture was dilapidated and dirty, sheets were yellowed, curtains wouldn't shut properly. The toilet did not flush properly. I didn't want to touch anything in the room. The light switches were covered in dust and grime. I could hear everything going on in other rooms, people walking and yelling outside. It was frightening. I felt unsafe here and left almost as soon as i arrived.

Horrible. Do not stay here. People walking around all night, and they have BED BUGS. I told the idiot at the front desk all she said was sorry. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE.

It was a comfortable stay. The room was nice. And it was near some of the venues I like to visit. The front desk lady was prompt and polite. I would stay there again

Overall It was the cheapest hotel I could find so close to the airport, so I figured I got what I paid for. The really only problem I had with the room was the bathroom it was a total disaster and looked as if it never got clean.

I felt very unsafe booked through orbit for 65 dollars never again gross

Customer service was extremely rude. Made us slee in a dirty room with bed bugs. Didn't want to accommodate us to a different available room the same night. Rugs and tub has mold. I have pictures and proof of the hotel. It's a raggedy place. Do not stay no matter how cheap

The building and its facilities need a major facelift. That being said, the staff was nice, check in/check out was easy, the room was actually clean, didn't experience any bugs or creepy crawlers, always had enough towels and such, close to many food choices. If you can look past the ugly building, then its not a bad place. Not a place I would recommend for extended periods of time

Avoid at all costs... if you really really must i guess, but dont count on comfortable sleep. Room was dirty, pillows and beddings were dirty and had a smell, bathroom was atrocious and no toilet paper when we got in. Its very loud as its right next to highway.

If you are just looking for a place to sleep that is close to the airport, this place is OK. We considered swimming, but the pool was chained shut. The hotel has a run-down feel, but at least room was clean. No frills.

Room was clean and staff very friendly and helpful especially shuttle drivers and Carmen at front desk!!

This motel was directly next to a freeway. It reeked of cigarette smoke as soon as the air conditioning was turned off. There was no microwave, no refrigerator, (even though those items are pictured on the website) the pool was murky at best, the few times it was opened (supposed to open by 1 pm everyday in the middle of summer, highs of 95 everyday). The "breakfast" was bread, "eggo" waffles, tea, coffee, and juice. All the doors looked like they were busted or broken into. The stairs were uneven. The bathroom ceiling looked like it was going to cave in. The tv worked for the one olympic channel we could watch. I will never stay at another motel, Super 8 nor will I ever use Orbitz or any other site where you can't even get a partial refund if you are not satisfied with your stay or want to leave early. Once I checked in and saw the conditions, it was already too late for a refund..I did not feel safe there. I was there by myself with my children and slept with a chair in front of the door. Also, overnight my children woke up with bug bites. Not sure which kind.

Room wasn't even clean when they gave it to us, not the rooms I requested. Was told that I should have told them right when I found it instead of getting something to eat. Not all the rooms have the same things in them and not equipped with all the hangers and things. No refrigerator or microwave in one of the rooms. Refrigerator in one room did not even work. One room had bugs in it. One of us got ate up by them. The pool was not even open and it was green. Took them three days to clean it and that was the main reason why we got the rooms with them. I had to go outside everytime that I wanted a smoke because they did not honor my request and reservation for a room that I could smoke in even though they had 25 of them according to their map of the place. Parking ws crappy, there was not enough room for all of their guests to park. Only gave one towel for the rooms that had two beds in them. Shower rack was not properly screwed into the wall which let water leak all over the floor when we took showers. Tub would hold water in it while taking a shower instead of draining. The toilet handle had to be held for a while before it would flush. One of the doors was not closed all of the way when we came back to the rooms from the cleaning person being in the room.luckily nothing disappeared from the room. They don't even deserve a one for rating, I would not tell anyone to ever go there!!!! There was a few other guests that I talked to that didn't like how it was there either.

The pictures online of the room were almost like the actual room. I thought I read it had a microwave and fridge, but I may of made a mistake after looking at different hotels. That would have been a plus. The bath tub had hair in it and the towels need to be replaced (stains). Other than that, it was a good room, nice and spacious in the king bed. Walking distance to Waffle House but a little further you can walk to Burger King or other restaurants. Breakfast was what it was, continental.. Make sure if you a shuttling to airport you ask for an earlier shuttle than the staff suggest, they were down the time you want and the driver comes then, not an onsite driver that is always there, just in case you change your mind about leaving early. In fact my driver was late picking me up. Thank goodness the motel is near the airport.
