Your Mableton retreat begins at this 1-bedroom room in an Artist Sanctuary. The cozy bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. With amenities like AC, a hair dryer, and an iron, patio and garage for crafts…you'll have everything you need for a wonderful stay. The bathroom includes a bathtub and another hair dryer for added convenience. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Important House Rules for a Smooth Stay
To ensure all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and to help us maintain our home, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules during your stay:
* Check-in is at 11:00 AM, and check-out is at 3:00 PM. We appreciate your punctuality to allow our cleaning team sufficient time to prepare for our next guests.
* Maximum Occupancy: Our home comfortably accommodates 4 guests. Please respect this limit. Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval is granted by the host.
* No Parties or Events: For the comfort of our neighbors and to protect our property, we do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings. We kindly ask that you observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
* No Smoking or Vaping: This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property. Smoking, vaping, or using e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home and on the property grounds. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee.
* No Pets Allowed: We love animals, but to ensure the comfort of all our guests, pets are not permitted at this property.
* Gas Fireplace Use: Our fireplace is gas-powered for your convenience. Please do not place anything inside the fireplace and ensure it is turned off before leaving the property or going to bed. Always supervise children when the fireplace is in use.
* Respect Our Home: Please treat our property with the same care you would your own. Report any accidental damage or breakage immediately so we can address it promptly.
* Garbage Disposal: Kindly place all trash in the designated bins. Please take trash cans to the curb on Monday evenings.
* Security: For your safety and the security of the property, please ensure all doors and windows are locked whenever you leave the house and when you turn in for the night.
