Manager was not helpful when my microwave did not work and would not replace in a timely manner since I purchased meals to cook in it. Hole in bathroom ceiling allowed rainwater to drip on me while using bathroom. Refrigerator did not work. Domestic disputes occurred outside and police were called because of unruly guests. Undesirable people walking past my door at all times of day and night made me think my safety was constantly at jeopardy. Overall experience was not good and will never again stay at Red Roof if I can help it.

Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot but stream was poor. Tub had mold or rust in the caulking. Sink faucet was loose.

The room was not up to date, the linen was dirty, the room tv didn't work properly, there were only 2 towels, 2 washclothes, I was giving a handicapped accessible room, I requested a room with two beds or a normal bed with a Queen or King bed

The room was in disrepair, the baseboard in the bathroom was off the wall laying on the floor, the faucet on the sink was not attached and flopping around badly, the shower curtain rod was falling off the wall, huge patches in the wall that were repaired badly and definitely need to clean under their beds they are extremely dusty and we found a shoe and dog food under the bed...

Great price and location for my travel needs. Room was old and had some minor maintenance issues, but overall was clean and satisfactory.
Good location and extremely friendly staff but the quality of the rooms were horrible. Non smoking room reeked of smoke. Air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly. Lots of children in the area so we heard loud laughing and playing until 2am. I was only there to sleep before traveling long distance otherwise I wouldn’t have stayed.
