First time had a great experience. Will book again.

WiFi did not work - it made my work and stay extremely difficult. I had to use my data off my cell phone as and I have to check to see if I exceeded - and if I'll be overcharged. I would recommend for location and the kitchen

Good deal in a Buckhead. Close to many amenities.

Nice place. Comfortable and convenient. Busy part of Atlanta.

On a very quiet street within walking distance to shopping, dining and mass transit. Every space that I was in was immaculate. The front desk clerk printed my airline boarding pass for me, which was very helpful. This hotel would be perfect for a family visiting Atlanta.

Excellent location and good value for money. Free parking. To be in the middle of Bulkhead and not hear any loud sounds was very welcome. Served our purpose very well and will be back next time we have to be in the area. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The BS review about bed bugs was probably made up by someone with a grudge.

It was late June in Atlanta and 95-97 degrees every day, and yet the pool, deck and outside patio area was completely closed! No indication of this was made when I reserved the room- I never would have stayed there otherwise. It was a vacation- the pool was what I needed! Rooms are spacious but some dirty spots (black corners around the top of the shower), towels were tiny and of low quality, bed was just ok. Fitness center is tiny like a closet with a treadmill that doesn't allow you to control the incline. Hated it! Staff never asked me how my stay was or made apologies for the lack of amenities. Would NOT stay here again.

I would highly recommend it. Great location. Under construction but would stay there again.

The outside could use some TLC but the staff was great, the room very clean and comfortable. The price was very reasonable considering the area of Atlanta. I would recommend this hotel to those that can't afford the extreme rates of the other area place.

it was lovely and i have no complaints really. the service was good, the neighborhood was nice, and it wasn't far from the financial district of buckhead

The room has a slight odor and the rooms are difficult to find. There is a good complimentary shuttle to a few miles within the area that is very helpful. It is good value for money but the room need stronger lighting. The TV is blurred. Also the front desk forgot to make a wake up call. This hotel is good for the traveler with limited budget.

I loved everything about this room ,the price and location . Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Atlanta, GA

The room was very clean and comfortable. It is equipped with full kitchen accessories, which is good. It has access to the Atlanta area.

I had a good experience here. The room was clean. The neighborhood was quiet. The location was perfect for my needs. Staf was accommodating and helpful.

My room had its entrance on the inside of the building, on the second floor on top of the lobby. There was no elevator to get to the second floor. I don't mind it, but the elderly couple that was in the room next to me struggled up the stairs. The room is BIG! Full kitchen, large living room with a designated desk/work area, large bed room, walk in closet & a closed off area with the toilet & shower. Having that much room was very comfortable. The mattress was hard & I didn't sleep very well. My co-workers stayed here at the same time as I did & their room entrances were not indoors, which they did not like for safety reasons. The lady at the front desk was very helpful, though she was the only one working and there was 4 guests trying to check in at the same time. Between the guests present and the continues phone calls, the wait time to check in was longer than normal. Because her attention was being pulled various different ways, she did make a mistake in the reservation of the lady who checked-in in front of me. This particular guest was being complicated and had a lot of special requests. Overall not too bad. The hotel is close to all of the major attractions in Buckhead.

We had a good stay at this hotel it could have been beter thow! Our room had a bad smell you could smell it when we walk into the room! Smelled like stale spilt beer! Our bed could have been alittle softer! Over all a good place to stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location in Atlanta was very convenient - I was able to walk there from the train station. Breakfast was adequate but not great.

We had to change rooms 3 times. Non-smoking room reeked of smoke. Room 2 very moldy. The worst was water dripping from overhead light onto toilet seat. Room 3 was nice but by then, 10:30pm, we were exhausted and had an early appointment the next day. STAY AWAY.

We had to change rooms 3 times. 1-Booked non-smoking room, but room reeked of smoke. We were moved to room 2. 2-This room was very moldy. The worst was having water drip from the light fixture above onto the toilet. We were moved again to a much nicer room but by zthen it was 10:30 pm and we had an early morning appt. The Mgr. offered to comp a future room for us but he has not emailed us as promised with this in writing. The hotel is being updated but this will not happen until after the first of the year. STAY AWAY!

I was visiting my son, who is in the Piedmont Hospital. Everyone at the hotel was so thoughtful and helpful. I truly appreciated everything.
