About my stay at this hotel with my family, I have never stayed in such a bad hotel in my life, nothing works well, a very bad smell in the room, the bathroom curtain smells pee, dust all over the apt, my two year old son was get sick and I went to talk to the manager and he can not do anything, had scheduled to stay 4 days and leaves the second day, will not give me my money back of the two days, no problem, I hope this review help others to not stay in that hotel.
The inn was well kept and clean. There is one washer and one dryer which worked well. The swimming pool was small, but clean. All rooms have outside access. However, the cleaning crew were there at 8:00 trying to clean our room. The breakfast was very skimpy. There was a pancake maker, eggs, and sausage. A few muffins/pastries were available but not the usual continental breakfast that we have experienced at other places. It was about 5 min. from 6 Flags which was convenient.
This motel is the worst I ever been, my husband made a reservation there cuz was convenient for his business meeting.. big mistake... as soon as you come in into the bedroom is such trash and smelling place, bathroom disgusting and dirty, blanket look like never being washed or change....also is a place where u can find a lot ppl smoking weed outside the bedroom was really scary no words can describe the horrible that this place is...I can believe there ppl giving good comments...where I see is like in Google most of the good comments are anonymous so make think the employees or owners are the ones that comments... honestly i strongly advice you dont make the mistake to stay in this trashcan.
I strongly recommend that no one stays at this hotel. I arrived at this hotel rather late and was tired so i took a shower and to sleep i went. I was awaken by something biting me. I hot out of bed and turned the lights on and there were two bedbugs crawling in the bed. I was in room 203. I immediately called the desk only to be told there wasn't anymore rooms and the manager would be available in the morning. I got all of my belongings and high tailed it out of there. The following morning i went back to the hotel with videos showing the owner and he said that he would get fresh sheets. I yold him i wanted all of my money refunded, while he was trying his best not to refund my money back to me there was another customer that brought a bedbug and set it on tge counter. Choice needs to shut this filthy thing down. Bedbugs😡😡😡😡
I made my reservation on Hotels.com. Paid for my room 3 weeks in advance. Got to the hotel after a hot day to be told I hadn’t paid for the room, even after showing the manager the confirmation email and my credit card statement. He still charged my card on file. He did not have the requested non smoking king room. I could have a standard bed on the ground floor or a smoking king on the top floor. As tired as we were, we settled for the king. Got up there and the room obviously stunk. But I could deal. The shower was mildewy, the ceiling had water damage. Whatever. I just wanted a shower and sleep. Sat on the bed, saw the opened nightstand drawer and BAM. Dirty condoms, rat poo and moldy crackers. Checked out but was given a full refund. Well, the refund they weren’t supposed to charge in the first place! Hotels also gave me the other refund.
We stayed here for two nights. As the other reviews have indicated, this doesn't seem like a very safe area. Our room was clean, however the hotel appeared a bit run down. I certainly expected more for the price that we were paying. There are other options that are closer to Six Flags.
Very nice and friendly people. Enjoyed our stay .The breakfast was good. We would stay again in the near future if we had to but no complaints over this way thus far. It's a good place but would not be my first choice.
The staff I dealt with was very friendly. The breakfast was good, but not large enough to accommodate a rush of people. The room left a lot to be desired. We had the king suite with a pull out bed. We had our son sleep on the couch not the pull out for two reasons. The room had no extra bedding and when we pulled the bed out it looked dirty. The carpet was coming apart and the room itself could use a deep cleaning. In the evening we found two of our towels had hair on them (we did not contact the front desk, late and we just wanted to go to bed). It wasn’t loud at night, but I wouldn’t go for a stroll off property at night. We had an ok stay but would not come back. The company should spend some money and bring this place up to the Choice standards.
Had to move rooms because first room had a smoker and wasn’t supposed to. Kindly moved us. Other room still smelled of smoke. Just not as strong. Loud people stayed up till 1 o’clock playing outside, screaming both nights. Breakfast didn’t have enough room to see everybody. Nicer hotels for the same price around in the same area.
The check in was great, after that it was all downhill. I couldn't get the wifi to work, and I asked for an ethernet cable. Their own computer is connected to one, but they don't have one for the guests. The pillows are small square 2 star hotel pillows (which i don't understand) and they have no extras for the guests. Eggs at breakfast were watery, as other reviewers pointed out, and breakfast was otherwise no great shakes, and in 4 days I was there, the room was only cleaned once. There were two truck parked outside the room overnight, with their engines running all night. This hotel seems to go out of its way to make the guests uncomfortable. Stay elsewhere. desk clerk at check-in and check-out was great, The
