They are going through a renevation I know, but the toilet ran all night and the TV control didn’t work.

While under construction, we still expected a sense of cleanliness. Hallways and elevators had debris , bath tub had not been cleaned, bathroom floor filthy, toilet paper in toilet on arrival.Where is mgmt /inspections for housekeeping?

This location is in he mist of a major renovation. The construction debris and it's remnants are everywhere. My recommendation is spend your nights in another location. The staff is friendly and helpful but the construction debris is everywhere and the echo chamber in the middle of the facility will interrupt the sound sleeper. At 120 per night it is not a good value.. As a frequent visitor to the chain, this location does not offer good value nor restful sleep. My recommendation is to choose another location.

Walked in with dry walk everywhere! For the amount of money I spent it was not worth the hassle of looking for the elevator. My rooms carpet was wet and the toilet as if someone just took a big s##t in it. Worst experience ever!

Hotel is undergoing a remodeling project at this time. The tub in the bathroom had large pieces that were peeling off. Can’t say we wanted to even use the shower. When we left the room the next morning, two sections of railing had been removed, creating a serious safety issue. A sign posted in the elevator informed guests that most all amenities were closed due to the remodel. We feel let down by Orbitz. This remodel should of been disclosed and vetted by your site. Don’t think we can trust booking through Orbitz for future trips.

We needed a place that was close to the airport. I was easy to get to the international terminal from this hotel. The room was large and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel does provide shuttle service but only to the Domestic terminal. There are many hotels in the same area so you do have a choice. I would stay here again.

We used the hotel for two nights at the beginning and end of our trip. The hotel was just fine for airport access and the rooms comfortable. The staff could hone their social skills a bit.

Hotel is older. However, hard to beat location to the airport

Convenient location. Ruby Tuesday nearby. Great shuttle service.

King size bed, mini fridge, microwave, TV; all nice, clean and fine. Staff seemed annoyed for some reason, but still got the job done just fine so no complaints there. Also, had to ride another one of the vans from another hotel over to our area from the Airport after we dropped off our rental car, because theirs never showed up. Leaving from the hotel in the morning was just fine though. Seems you need to call to verify that they are coming when arriving at the airport, but leaving from the hotel is not a problem with the van service.

major remodel in progress

Hotel is undergoing a remodeling project at this time. The tub in the bathroom had large pieces that were peeling off. Can’t say we wanted to even use the shower.
