Convenient, safe and clean for a layover in Atlanta. The shuttle to and from the airport was a great added bonus.

Staff were very unhelpful. Couch ripped in a few places. Carpet dirty, bathtub and room very old and grimy.

Spacious room, however, the single-cup coffee maker was missing the holder for the coffee pod. It was nice having the breakfast option in the morning before heading to the airport. Shuttle driver nice and helpful.

I feel compelled to warn people that this hotel has seen better days. Our room had a very slow draining tub, water-damaged flooring, and a throw bolt on the door with ripped out screws. The bed was the only nice feature about the hotel.

The front desk manager was very good and was running the whole show during our late night check in. Having said that, it did take about 45 min to check in. The room was clean, but the sofa was worn and we wouldn’t sit in it. The toilet was clean but it was in an absolute horrific condition. The personnel at the breakfast room was present and kept things tidy, but their hit plates don’t work well, so eggs and sausages weren’t even room temperature, and the yogurt and juice in the mini fridges were room temp as it seems those were not working either. Overall, they have good workers but it’s clear the owner doesn’t care for the joke of the property

The dude at the front desk is one of the most friendly hotel desk people ive ever encountered. The lobby is nice. The room is decent..a bit run down, but its an airport scenario in south atlanta foe 80 bucks. Id stay again.

Very outdated

Airport shuttle was one of the biggest reasons why we chose this hotel. Although I arranged it ahead of time, the front desk clerk forgot and showed up 10 minutes late. After quickly loading all the luggage, the driver told us they only do domestic terminals when we needed to be at the international terminal. So, we unloaded the luggage and rushed to the airport. We were just on time and the lack of knowledge/poor communication on the hotel’s behalf could have risked my mom to miss her flight. Next day rolls along and loud noise wakes me up at 6:30am. Turns out to be someone bang and rattling the door. Annoyed and felt unsafe. Then the night audit and some guy show up to come into my room so that they can access next room through my connecting door. We felt violated and unsafe. Breakfast was another thing. My son went down to have breakfast at 6:30am and he waited about 30minutes. No one started the breakfast so he told the front desk and the clerk basically shrugged off that the breakfast lady must have had an emergency. The attitude of the front desk almost made us think that this lady has ‘emergencies’ all the time. Even if a staff member skips, the hotels should react accordingly and cater to the customers as they promised. It took them at least 30 minutes to start bfast. All in all, no one careS, the place is very outdated with cracks on doors and walls , smells like weed. Horrible place so stay away!!!!

This property is nice the guest clerk when checking in was awesome I felt like she did beyond her job description in assisting me and my younger sister she allowed us to leave our belongings with her while we went to your Clark University where I thought I was going to get robbed rape or kidnap! When we returned she allowed us to checkin early which was another blessing when we reached our room it was nice and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable the shower was clean the only thing that was wrong with this room is that the remote control was missing a back piece, The hallway was clear clean and quiet all in all if I ever visit Atlanta again this will be my go to place hands down they get 10stars from me👍👍✨⭐️💫

The room was infested by roaches. I tried to get changed, but the front desk said they did not have any other available rooms. Worst night and experience. I want to submit a formal claim.

The stay was perfectly fine. I enjoyed my time in the common areas like the central lobby. It was quiet with a TV powered on in the background. I had breakfast in the morning and their serving area is neat and tidy. On the other hand, the room could be a little cleaner. Mine looked liked it had a run in with a Home Improvement's Tim "the toolman" Taylor. . Some parts looked a bit more broken but mended back together. There were drill holes throughout the TV stand and wall separation for the bed and sitting area. It might be nice if the hotel had a side entrance where one didn't have to go all the way around the block to get access the parking lot and lobby. Also, I had called the property's number and was told their was no shuttle from the airport to the inn. Later when I spoke to the front desk, she admitted there was a 3rd party answering the customer service phone. Not sure how true that is but negative points for the wrong info.. they do provide shuttle services to and from the hotel. Complaints aside the staff was very nice and the stay was comfortable.

Had a great stay at the La Quinta Inn Atlanta South with family. John at the front desk is super friendly, breakfast was excellent, rooms clean and overall stay was excellent. Will stay again.

Updated but still can see areas where caulking and mold just painted over.

The staff was very nice. The property was conveniently located. Very clean. The staff a great response time to any needs. I would return again.
