Hotel is undergoing a remodeling project at this time. The tub in the bathroom had large pieces that were peeling off. Can’t say we wanted to even use the shower. When we left the room the next morning, two sections of railing had been removed, creating a serious safety issue. A sign posted in the elevator informed guests that most all amenities were closed due to the remodel. We feel let down by Orbitz. This remodel should of been disclosed and vetted by your site. Don’t think we can trust booking through Orbitz for future trips.

Despite the obvious renovation work going on inside and outside the hotel, I was still very pleased with my stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was for the most part clean. There was dust on the wood furniture, but I attributed that to the construction work going on. The shuttle driver was prompt and friendly also. The room could use a little more lighting.

We needed a place that was close to the airport. I was easy to get to the international terminal from this hotel. The room was large and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel does provide shuttle service but only to the Domestic terminal. There are many hotels in the same area so you do have a choice. I would stay here again.

We used the hotel for two nights at the beginning and end of our trip. The hotel was just fine for airport access and the rooms comfortable. The staff could hone their social skills a bit.

Hotel is older. However, hard to beat location to the airport

Convenient location. Ruby Tuesday nearby. Great shuttle service.

King size bed, mini fridge, microwave, TV; all nice, clean and fine. Staff seemed annoyed for some reason, but still got the job done just fine so no complaints there. Also, had to ride another one of the vans from another hotel over to our area from the Airport after we dropped off our rental car, because theirs never showed up. Leaving from the hotel in the morning was just fine though. Seems you need to call to verify that they are coming when arriving at the airport, but leaving from the hotel is not a problem with the van service.

Not good. The air conditioner was too loud and too close to the bed.

Enjoyed our stay. Got more than I expected for the price.

Hotel was hard to get to from the airport, maybe a faulty GPS. Not in the greatest part of town, didn't feel uncomfortable. Room was comfortable. The bathroom set-up was great for two women.

We needed a place that was close to the airport. I was easy to get to the international terminal from this hotel. The room was large and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
