Dear Mr. Rafi, I had a very terrible experience with that hotel. I didn't even take a shower at the hotel and was forced to check out 1/2 days sooner because of the hotel and room conditions. No human or even animal should ever put in that room. ( 326 ) The room has a bad smell, dirty carpet/bathroom, broken furniture, kitchen sink, and discussing sofa.

As soon as you walk in this place smells awful. Room was on the 3rd floor elevator deplorable can't believe it actually works. Hallway looked like an alley trash everywhere. Room had awful stench and everything was dirty. Bathroom ceiling was cracked looked like it was to fall down any minute. No smoking room bit it smelled like plenty of smoking had been going on. No smoke detector seemed like it had been torn out just exposed wires. Room felt and looked creepy. Couldn't stay. Left after I realized I would not be able to sleep. Terrible terrible terrible. Can't believe they would allow such an awful place to operate. Several code violations. Orbitz should not even allow these places on their websites.

I landed a day early before heading to the anime convention (Anime Weekend Atlanta) and decided to stay near the airport rather than take the MARTA and bus to the Galleria that evening. After getting my luggage I called the hotel and asked for a shuttle pick-up. The lady on the phone told me where to go and I waited..and waited..and waited. Another hotel shuttle driver asked who I was waiting for, I said "Knights Inn" and she said "Good luck.." After it had been about 25 minutes since my first call, I called again and the same lady said the driver would be there in about 5 minutes. 15 minutes after that 2nd call,a shuttle that said 'Baymont Inn' pulled up, and the driver said he was for Knights Inn. The shuttle was pretty worn out, smelly, but it was free. The rest of the night went fine, the room was spacious and comfy, but there were NO cups to use to drink out of, brush your teeth, or if you wanted to make coffee (which there weren't any coffee bags, stirrers, cream & sugar, etc.) Best thing was that there were a lot of food options within walking-distance. The next morning when I checked out, I asked for a shuttle back to the airport, and the SAME driver from last night was called again. This time thankfully he only took a couple of minutes, but I'm guessing that he lives away from the hotel with that shuttle van, so the hotel has to call him every time there's a pickup/dropoff. Next year I probably would stay within the area if I arrived earlier but just not there.

A back door was propped and left open all night every night. Walls were dirty. Bugs all over becausr of gaps in bottom of door. Tons of visible black mold in bathroom and on ceilings. Just GROSS AND DANGEROUS!

I booked this hotel because I had a few days off and needed to escape. Was planning on catching up on sleep, and relaxing by the pool. Hotel, room, and amenities didn't look anything like pics. Room was clean, but the door wasn't secure like most other hotels. I could easily hear my neighbors. As I was checking in, a family was leaving, saying they couldn't stay here. The bed was the best part of the experience. Very comfortable. Pool was open, but looked like it hadn't been cleaned in 6 months. Hot tub had brown stuff at the bottom. Terrible!

Terrible experience. The smell in the room was horrible, the towels were dirty and the breakfast was terrible too. On top of that, during the middle of the night I got a men that I didn't know knocking on my door, it was a scary experience.

The hotel was ok for a short stay. I have stay at 6 Baymont Inns around the country this one is by far the worst. 1. the breakfast was very bad no meat, waffles, eggs, ect. 2. The entire Baymont Inn Hotel smelled of Marijuana (weed that goes by the named "LOUD". I ask the front deck person, different staff, that all blew the question off. One said, Its the usual. 3. Not a place for kids pool out of order.

Nice facility and a great price. Located near the airport and Metro station.

Needs some renovation, kind of run down and grimy. Great rate though.

First room had broken toilet. Next room bad air conditioner. Pool and spa out of order. Printer in business room not working. Morning breakfast a joke, waffle maker broken, just dry cereal, coffee. This place has no real maintenence plan.

I arrived at the hotel to find that they did not have my reservation in the system. They gave me a room key and we went up to the room. When we opened the door we found that the room belonged to someone else. Went back down and got another room. Our room was in desperate need of repairs and cleaning. Wanted to put some items in the room safe and of course it did not work. The next morning there was pounding at the door....housekeeping was trying to get in. We had do not disturb sign out but she said they only had us in the room for one night, not two. I would not recommend this place to anyone that has concerns for personal safety. The staff was the only bright spot....I feel bad that they have to work in such a nasty place.

The hotel was very nice outside, but the entire building smell like smoke. I ask for a non-smoking room, but you can tell smell smoke all over the build. The water line broke and some of the visitors had to check of their room and the workout room some of the equipment did not work. This was a little better safe than I have had in the past, but I will not book another room here.

When I arrived they didn't have my reservation.....I got a room key and walked into someone else's room. They gave me another key and found our room to be substandard. The room safe didn't work and in this place you definitely need to put your valuables there. After our first night housekeeping pounded on the door and woke us up despite the do not disturb sign out. She told me that they only had us in the system for one night, not two. The staff was helpful but I feel bad that they have to work in such a gross environment.

Dirty, Woreout, Staff so - so. Nothing more to say

Big rooms, older but clean. Friendly staff. Close to food shops.

Dirty is an understatement. Trash still in the room from previous guest/s. No towels, had to go downstairs and fetch some from the rude guest service guy.

It wasn't the best, and no, not because of the neighborhood... sheets didn't appear clean or comfortable. Room was stale and breakfast very low quality. It was a strange stay lol but for 40 I guess you get what you pay for.

Great value and location for the room, however, it was a tad bit dirty and the continental breakfast is weak.

The rooms were clean, but the the TV didn't work. You get what you pay for. It's an old run down motel. Nothing special. It was better than sleeping at the airport on the floor.

The was was nice; I love the fact that they have hardwood floors instead of carpet. It was clean and good customer service.
