The rooms was clean and comfortable. All of the amenities worked just fine. Their maids did a good job of cleaning the room. And good parking.

At this moment the bathroom ceiling is leaking water from the room above. Their office is closed for the day so I guess we just can't use the bathroom. The room is infested with roaches and the exterminator is like a ghost (nobody can see him but he's been here) even if you stay for a month you only get one set of towels and a roll of tissue once a week. Not worth the weekly rate.

When you're out of options, it'a great. It was clean enough, but not comfortable. The beds were terrible and the linens were what I'd imagine they give prisoners.

Weeklong stay, did the job. Laundry facilities are clean and work

I would never refer this place to anyone, I checked in on Monday and checked out on Tuesday!

I drove 3.5 hrs to not be able to check in to my room when I was specifically told that a courtesy officer would be on duty. Which was a lie!!! Pulled up and had to ask some guest to let me in and I still didn't see no courtesy officer. No one answered the phone. That place needs better customer support. I ended up having to come out of pocket again for another room. I was so disappointed and I will be contacting the CEO of Crestwood Suites because that I just ridiculous.

Plenty of parking close to the entrances. Check in desk person was pleasant and helpful. There is no maid service daily! No oven in the kitchen. 2 sets of dishes for 3 of us, had to ask for more. No dish soap. One bar of soap for 3 days! The couch was rickety! Otherwise, the room was clean, small, and comfortable unless you were our third on the cot! The cot springs grappled our 3rd guest and was a bit uncomfortable! Can't beat the price though. The location was excellent. Starbucks, Road House, and many others eateries and stores in very close proximity.

noisy, dirty, but easy access to highway and shopping

Checked out as soon as i checked in. Roaches, ants were in both rooms that I checked into. Totally disgusting.

Great price and location. I asked for handicapped room and there was NOTHING handicapped friendly about the bathroom. After we went to bed, we could hear every sound coming from the hallway. Door should be more sound proof.

What I liked most about the hotel is the staff were very friendly, easy to talk to and accomodating.....what I liked least about the hotel was the room itself. Yeah, its a place to lay ur head down and the rates are terrific. But the roaches turned me off so I had to switch rooms. The second room was better but I did not like that strange odor coming from the bathroom. Overall, if ur looking 4 a place 2 stay 4 a few days and 2 save money, this hotel may be a good choice. However, if ur looking 4 luxury...there's always the Grand Hyatt and the Westin....

Overall, all the amenities needed, were in place.Location was good and service good too.

meets basic needs

There were holes in the sheets, stains on the comforter and shower curtain, dust on the nightstands (and I mean white, chalky DUST)...it was bad enough that we wore sandals throughout our stay. What's worse-we checked in late, and the hotel staff departs at midnight, so there was no one to call to get a different room, or fresh sheets-really anything, actually. What is worse is that this place is for "extended stays"-I can't imagine being there more than one night.

I loved staying here. It was clean, safe and in an area that was nice and easy to get to. We were close to six flags and six flags white water. We had 2 rooms and there were 6 of us traveling so having the small kitchen really saved us a ton of money. The staff was very nice and friendly. I can not believe what a deal I got and for the price it was perfect. Accross the street is a fun place we went to as well called monster mini golf. It was inside and all glow in the dark. It was great after being in at a hot park all day. Honestly the beds are not great so if you have princess and the pea syndrome this might not be the place for you. *I loved it and would stay again!

There seemed to be a lot of strange activity and people coming and going at late hours of the night. Also, it is a dirty hotel with non-smoking rooms that smelled of smoke.

Not what I expected when the hotel claims the word "suite". Hotel room was very small considering that I was travelling with my family.

The hotel looks great on the outside but once you step inside you see the truth. The night we checked in the whole hotel was hot, muggy and smelly. We registered and went to our room to find one bed for a family of three. Which meant room change. We entered our second room which was not any cleaner or nicer than the second began to settle as best we could. Our son went to shower, no faucet in the shower, which meant room change number two. The third room had all the right equipment (2 beds, and faucet) but was the dirtest of them all.

I was very excited about the great price Orbitz got for me, but the hotel was a disappointment. I think the problem was the staff. The girls at the desk made me feel like I was interrupting them when I checked in. When we got to our room the chairs were nasty and had what appeared to be food on them. There were ants in the bathroom and we had a hard time getting clean towels and toilet tissue. The size of the room itself was fine, the area was great for where we needed to be. I think Crestwood Suites should get their staff to be more on the ball.

It nicely tuck away from the busy street. The room was clean. The kitchen is a plus who would like to cook. This is my 4th time back at this hotel. I mainly love it for the kitchen. The staff is helpful. They always let me stay past my checkout time. I usually dont fly out till the evening. This time around I stayed till 2pm. instead of the limit they tell you of 1pm. The area is pretty quiet and clean. The room is big. so plenty of room. to lounge around. It is close to a major mall. plenty of dining around town. And walmart is down the street for quick supplies. Oveall I would recommead this...
