Wish it had a hot tub still but perfect regardless

I enjoyed the stay and it was very relaxing. The only thing I didn't like was the parking. It should have been free for people staying at the hotel.

This hotel is starting to be our go to place in Atlanta. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The staff is really helpful. And the location is just really excellent - close to many of our favorite spots in Midtown Atlanta.

Overall experience was great! The staff was friendly and professional and the rooms were nice and clean.

Good room and staff quite nice - food at the breakfast buffet not very good overall. Bacon odd tasting, scrambled eggs seemed like they were not made from fresh eggs (frozen..? powdered...? No taste/strange consistency) potatoes dried out w off-taste and seemed leftover from earlier in the week. Went for a bagel instead but only butter no cream cheese.

I've stayed at Loews and Renaissance which are nearby and similar. Hyatt has best location in my opinion. Some traffic noise if you get a low floor room facing 10th but overall great hotel that feels new and well maintained. Even gym has lots of windows. My biggest complaint is the coffee at breakfast.

The hotel parking is in the ninth floor and the elevators were in the eighth floor so you should use the stairs to get the elevator. The parking was very expensive. The parking is in separate building than hotel. there were only two elevators in the loopy but one of them was not work.

I found the hotel perfect for my home shopping trip. Close to most of the stores I came to visit, very nice room and staff.

This hotel is in the perfect Midtown location. You don't need your car. You can walk to everything

This hotel was fantastic! Centrally located. I only stayed one night as I had reservations at another hotel nearby. Wish I had cancelled the other reservations and stayed at the Hyatt. It exceeded my expectations from the friendliness of the desk staff to the bartenders and waiters. The room was beautiful and comfortable. I recommend it highly and will stay there again.

My husband and I enjoyed the location and modern look of this hotel! Staff was great and smelled amazing in the hotel. Will stay again the next time we come back.

Staff was very nice and had great suggestions. They even lent us an umbrella when it rained! luxe for less for sure

Good stay hotel was clean and well-appointed. A little stranded from many restaurants, but near Empire State, which is nice. Staff were helpful.

I enjoyed absolutely everything about this hotel. The customer service was superior and the rooms were spacious and well worth the money. However, I left a pair of shoes in my room and they were not "found" although I called only a few hours after checking out. I was thoroughly disappointed that their cleaning staff would not have turned them in to the lost and found.

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel was fine. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I took my wife to Atlanta for the weekend and we were extremely happy with the hotel. The staff was very friendly and ready to help at any time.

the heating system system was SOOOO loud! The hotel even provided ear plugs, so they are aware of that yet nothing is done beyond ear plugs :( The shower didn't work when we got there - I am wondering how they cleaned it with the handle missing??? Overall an ok hotel, but didn't feel like a 4 star.

Great loction in mid-town, walkable to many restaurants and breakfast locations. The room was clean and comfortable. The touted city view was of a parking deck. Advertised free parking was denied upon check in, but the reinstated by staff at check out without any problem.

This hotel was very nice and conveniently located. Definitely no complaints. Everything was clean and service was great. Nothing extraordinary or really memorable to make it stand out though.

Almost all good, especially the location and many of the staff who began to recognize us as we came and went. To our regret, though, the service that was best for us - valet parking - was also the most frustrating because every time we called for our car we were put on an extended hold, whether we called the valet number or the front desk. That's a minor matter, but it left an unfortunate and lasting impression on us.
