One of our favorite places to stay whenever we visit Atlanta. The hotel is well maintained and the staff is, for the most part, really great.

Orbitz advertise that the daily valet parking rate was $28 when the property charges $33. In addition the adjacent parking deck the hotel shares with retail and offices charges $20 with no in-and-out option. Overall, parking was the worst part of my experience at this location.

Nice and spacious room. Quiet except for frequent fire truck sirens from nearby fire station. Hotel bar closes early. Nicer than average workout room. Very friendly staff including front desk and bar.

Centrally located hotel. Excellent staff. Delicious food in the restaurant.

The hotel was wonderful and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was ideal and there were many places within walking distance to eat and visit. Our only issue was the noise coming from nearby rooms which included guests talking loudly and slamming the cabinets doors all night long which kept us from sleeping. Manager brought us a box fan which helped to drown out the noise, but we had a mostly sleepless night.

Great location, close to the Marta station so easy access from the airport. The hotel is OK, nothing fancy, clean and friendly. Had a room at the back towards the parking garage. Was kind of dark.

Very nice urban hotel, great location, walking distance to restaurant and shops right in midtown ATL. The rooms were clean and fairly spacious. Tip, I'm not sure about weekdays, but on weekends there's on street parking, right around the corner.

We’ve stayed here several times, and each stay has been great. The rooms are large, clean and comfy. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location is fantastic - close to some of our favorite places in Atlanta.

Room was dirty. Sink and carpets not clean. Colleague' s room had not been dusted in weeks. Very bad.

Great staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom and shower. Excellent overall stay. Parking is expensive and adds up unless you valet.

Wish it had a hot tub still but perfect regardless

I enjoyed the stay and it was very relaxing. The only thing I didn't like was the parking. It should have been free for people staying at the hotel.

This hotel is starting to be our go to place in Atlanta. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The staff is really helpful. And the location is just really excellent - close to many of our favorite spots in Midtown Atlanta.

Overall experience was great! The staff was friendly and professional and the rooms were nice and clean.

Good room and staff quite nice - food at the breakfast buffet not very good overall. Bacon odd tasting, scrambled eggs seemed like they were not made from fresh eggs (frozen..? powdered...? No taste/strange consistency) potatoes dried out w off-taste and seemed leftover from earlier in the week. Went for a bagel instead but only butter no cream cheese.

I've stayed at Loews and Renaissance which are nearby and similar. Hyatt has best location in my opinion. Some traffic noise if you get a low floor room facing 10th but overall great hotel that feels new and well maintained. Even gym has lots of windows. My biggest complaint is the coffee at breakfast.

The hotel parking is in the ninth floor and the elevators were in the eighth floor so you should use the stairs to get the elevator. The parking was very expensive. The parking is in separate building than hotel. there were only two elevators in the loopy but one of them was not work.

I found the hotel perfect for my home shopping trip. Close to most of the stores I came to visit, very nice room and staff.

This hotel is in the perfect Midtown location. You don't need your car. You can walk to everything

This hotel was fantastic! Centrally located. I only stayed one night as I had reservations at another hotel nearby. Wish I had cancelled the other reservations and stayed at the Hyatt. It exceeded my expectations from the friendliness of the desk staff to the bartenders and waiters. The room was beautiful and comfortable. I recommend it highly and will stay there again.
