You get what you pay for. I don't think my sheets.were clean because I found hairs. Sink was dirty and clogged. Restaurant was great. They should stay open longer and have some sort of entertainment.

Coffee pot in room not emptied. Cleaning supplies left in room from staff. No food for the breakfasts.

My experience at this hotel was horrible! The hotel is very old and outdated. As we entered the hotel the lobby had a foul odor and so did the room. The furniture in the room was full of stains everywhere, from the chairs, bedspread, walls, shower walls. There were blood stains on the back of the bathroom door and on the wall around the trash can in the bathroom. Hair on the bathroom walls and floor. The bathroom faucet leaked around the base and the faucet knob would turn all the way around before the water would turn on or off. The water pressure in the shower was little to none! The tub drainage was terrible and would fill up with water, then hair would come up out of the drain, gross! We asked to have an extra set of towels. They gave us towels, but did not make the bed, clean or freshen up the room. The coffee pot in the room had old water sitting in the water cavity, gross. The restaurant was small and outdated as well and there was no service.i There was one person working, but was no where in sight. The room key stopped working daily. The hotel was understaffed.

No real complaints about the room I basically needed a bed near the airport for 1 night. The only thing I was actually disappointed with was breakfast. Breakfast was suppose to open at 6am and I hoped to grab something as I left for the airport but the doors weren't open at 6:15am yet so I had to pass

Bad experience in general. Horrible shuttle schedule, waiting forever at the airport

We loved our room which faced the airport. It was really enjoyable to watch the busy comings and goings of all the planes. We were really impressed with the hotel restaurant and the lady who served us there. The food was excellent and the waitress extremely personable.

Wouldn't stay here again. Old and outdated, beds uncomfortable. Shower dirty looking, its something out of a bad movie.

Upon arrival at the hotel, there were 5 people awaiting check-in and at least 4 others waiting to request service for other reasons (housekeeping requests, etc.) There was only one person behind the counter who presented as tired and overworked. Trash cans in the lobby were overflowing. The trash can at the elevator was overflowing and liquids were seeping out onto the floor. There were bags of trash and debris on the floor in the elevator. The floor we were on and the room we were assigned was designated non- smoking. Our room REEKED of smoke. When we complained, a young man came to the room and spritzed air-freshener around.....it didn't work. When going to get ice later, the hallway had a haze of marijuana smoke. We didn't leave because we were only going to be there for 9 hours~ but this experience will be burned into our memories for a very long time.

This hotel is located in the right spot, close to the Airport and that is the only thing good about our experience. The room smelled like skunk, the pillows are throw pillows, the bed was hard and the breakfast was cold. First time at a Howard Johnson...never again.

Great stay clean rooms.. Really love the area right of expressway.

Great stay clean rooms.. Really love the area right of expressway.

The room was clean and comfortable enough. It had a decent bed but oddly small pillows. However, there were plenty and they had a variation in fullness to find something that worked. The staff was friendly and helpful and the main areas were ok, but other areas could use a deep cleaning. I think they have leak problems, There was an active leak in a hall near the Reception desk with a container to catch the water and lots of stained ceiling tiles throughout. The restaurant staff was pleasant and the burger was good. It has a pretty limited menu and no room service. The walls in the dining area needed a good scrubbing. What I am saying is it was fine for a short stay at a lower price than most near airport places, but don't expect too much.

Just Ok. Nice staff, clean room, a bit dingy overall.

Main problem:they didn't apply same rate as our reservation. No 55%off as written on the paper. They told us they need to be authorized by a supervisor, bu I'm still waiting. The shuttle service to the airport was very efficient.our room was too noisy, not well insulated.

Good enough for the price for overnight stay until next day departure.

Very nice staff!! Well worth the price...would stay again...

This place has seen better days (20 years ago!). Dirty. I walked into the room and a stained Ottoman was right in front of me. I decided to place my luggage on the desk. The bed curtain was torn and there was filth to include dust, crumbs, and unknown shavings behind the head board. I took several photos. The bathroom was out dated and worn. The grout was dirty and the vents were rusty. The staff needs training. When I waked in late evening to check in there were two employees at the desk. One checked in the person ahead of me. The other was siting behind the counter staring off in space. I kept staring at her until she looked in my direction. Then she decided to help me check in. It seemed like a burden to her. I just needed a hotel for the night. I should have spent a couple more dollars and went to another hotel.

I will be calling Wyndham this week to ask for a full refund

I was charged two different prices for the twio rooms I booked. We only had ine wash clothes when four people were staying in the room. The bath tub had briwn rust in it the rooms needed updated. The pillows were not regular size pillows but through pillows. The complimentary breakfast was a disaster every time we would ask for something the guy that work there stated it stop working last night and flat out said they had to cut cost some how so the continental breakfast took the hit. I would never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend to anyone.

Very old hotel, needs remolding. Carpet is stinky.
