The bathroom was not cleaned very well. Plus their was mold build up on the shower curtain. .

The hotel is a bit run down, carpets are old, bathroom and furniture need updating. Elevators were broken and had to climb to the 5th floor, which normally isn't a huge deal, however I had knee surgery just three months ago, so it was a bit uncomfortable to say the least. I asked the front office staff for a small plastic bag, such as the ones used with the ice buckets so that I could ice my knee down after climbing the stairs... However they couldn't find any. They were polite and said that they would have some delivered to the room... But that never occurred. The location is great Vinnings is an cute suburb of Atlanta with great restaurants, I would stay in vinnings again... Maybe try a different hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and I have always had a great experience.

This hotel is located on I-285 Atlanta. A buffet breakfast is included and free parking. The in room heater fan was loud, I turn it off and it was comfortable without the fan. Bottle water is $3.00 charged to your room. The Market is nice but expensive. Be careful driving in my GPS directed a U-turn and right. I almost turn back on I-285.

Spur of the moment trip,we had four places to choose from,we chose Fairfield because, my children went to six flags,Im recovering from a brain aneurism. We expected a pool/jacuzzi, we went to the pool, and we got a closed swamp,,,disappointed (VERY DISAPPOINTED, after$220.00/terribly sad. But other than that it was o.k....

The hotel was great. Staff was nice and friendly. We try to stay at a Fairfield Inn whenever possible because they hotels are always nice and the beds are so comfortable. The only negative for this hotel is that we left our room around noon on Saturday and I stopped at the front desk and asked for the room to be cleaned. When we came back that night it hadn't been so I went to the front desk and asked for some towels and coffee for the next morning. Not really a big deal to me though.

Our stay started out very nicely. What we thought was our check in procedure seemed to have gone well. Upon arrival, we gave our confirmation information to the clerk and it appeared as though we were checked in just fine. The staff was both friendly and courteous. However, the morning of our second day we departed the hotel fairly early and didn't return until late night. We returned tired from a very long exhausting day only to find that our room had not been freshened up, the trash was still there as well as the dirty towels and unmade/changed bedding. We approached the individual working the desk that night to inquire why our room was never attended to. Our reply was that we had been "lost in the system and that the original person we spoke with upon arriving had never checked us in" (how is this possible-it seems as though the room should have still been cleaned regardless). Although, we were offered a different room on another floor with double bedding-we had a king); it was quite late ,11/12 pm and we were to depart early the next morning. After such a long and exhausting day, we didn't want to pack up everything-lugging suit cases at that time of night to relocate to another different floor for a matter of several hours. We have stayed in other Marriott locations and never encountered anything like this. We were always pleased with the accommodations. We really wanted to give a great review but under these circumstances it leaves one to wonder....How were we "lost in the system?"

Kelvin and Matt at the front desk were there for our every question or assistance even to offering us help in retrrieving boarding passes on computer. And Annie taught me how to make waffles for breakfast - what could be better!

Our experience was great!!! The man at the desk was very helpful and happy doing his job. He had a great attitude :) they had tempurpedic beds which were very nice and comfortable. The room was super duper clean. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options!! Quick commute to downtown for the aquarium. If we pass through Atlanta again this would be the place we would stay!!!!

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The check in clerk was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast the next morning was great, not hot, except for waffles, but certainly had a great selection. In addition to typical breads, cereals, pastries and fruits, there were some breakfast sandwiches that could be heated in the microwave. We were just stopping on the way home from Florida, but it was a great place to stop. No complaints whatsoever.

The location was great with easy access to the main highways and retail options. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. The facility was basically clean and the bed was comfortable, but there was nothing outstanding that I noticed. Only there overnight and did not take advantage of the breakfast. Plenty of others seemed to be enjoying the fare.

Amazing view and great staff.
