Went into the room and there was an alarm beeping every 2 minutes. Had to move to another room. The staff told me that breakfast is served until 9:30. Went down at 9:15 and no sign of breakfast anywhere. Very disappointing stay despite the relatively low price.
They claim to have a breakfast but don’t cont on it, all the had was granola bars, two types of muffins, and coffee
They lost my reservation somehow, but worked with me after I began getting frustrated. The gross part is that in the bathroom there were multiple hairs on the toilet seat, and the tub was dirty. Also, multiple hairs on shower walls. I would say you get what you pay for, but I’ve had a lot nicer for $75
Nice hotel for the price. Toilet would not flush so I reported it to the hotel staff who were very accommodating. Reminded me of TLF facilities on a military base.
Fromt feast service was impeccable but the money end you guys suck why is a payment still coming out my account
The hotel staff were nice and friendly but the hotel itself needs to be updated. I came with my coworker and nine of our students. My coworker and I shared a room. Our room was ok but I killed a bug in our tub. Besides that, the shower was great. Our students complained of carpet odor such as smoke and hearing guests being violent. There is no housekeeping, which surprised me and was a first for my experience at a hotel. Breakfast was fair but could be improved.
Hotel was fine, nothing to rave over, room was clean.
The idea of a kitchen was appealing however the corridors smelled. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable and noise travelled easily
Nice and cozy stay here. There was hardly any noise and the staff was pretty cordial. I pretty much was there for sleep so I don't remember too much else going on. My room was near the cleaning supplies room so I did hear a bit of noise there in the morning. Good place to stay though if you need to be in the area.
This hotel was terrible! Carpets were filthy, the room was dank and musty. The sink was clogged and the fleece blanket was itchy and rough. i also saw a roach. have stayed at Extended Stay hotels before and I did not expect it to be this bad. I intend to write to the hotel chain and let them know how unacceptable this was
We stayed here when visiting our grandchildren. The location is great and the hotel is clean and comfortable. We plan to stay when we visit again.
Stayed in this hotel before 5 years. Still have my memories with good moments from that stay. Personally liked this stay.
