Good location. Room has cigarette burns on sinks bathtub. Crumbs were on floor and chair at table had drops of maybe grease or something. Entrance to hotel needs painting. Crumbs under microwave. Time for updates
I arrived and there was no room available.
i did not like that the refrigerator was not push back and i had to push it back myself the room stink very bad the phone was not working at all and the toilet was stopped up i had to call the hotel with my cell phone to get someone to pick up i told the man about the toilet he told me he was gone come up there never did i had to go buy a plummer and unstop it myself which was very nasty and i did not like i had too rooms and they was not wat i expected and im very upset and would like my money back for both rooms
The bathroom toilet clogged the first day we checked in and no one would fix it and they locked the bathrooms in the lobby and wouldn’t allow us to use during our stay so we had to keep going across the street to Starbucks just to use the restroom, we didn’t even receive a “I’m sorry for your inconvenience” horrible service

The room was not clean. The bathtub had soap and other scum. I think I may have picked up bedbugs here. If you stay here, be sure to thoroughly clean all your stuff as soon as you get home. Do not leave your luggage close to your bed at home because luggage can carry bed bugs.
The staff was incredible! We had someone with us with allergies and they have her another room without any hesitation!

When I went to my room the door was ajar and someone was in the bed or had been in there. I didn’t stick around to figure it out. My second room bathroom was falling apart a bit. Then, that night, there were men going in and out of the room next to me. They didn’t have keys so they would show up and knock which woke me up every hour. Then one man arrived at that room (3am) and said “I’m not into drugs bla bla bla”. I can only imagine what was going on in there! I did complain to the front desk. Needless to say I will never stay in that chain of hotels again.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were cozy in size. Two train tracks ran every 5-10 minutes right behind the hotel. Not once was our room cleaned during a two night reservation. Breakfast is a few muffin selection, some coffee, and self served oatmeal packets. Never had wash cloths or towels cleaned. Ran out of wash cloths, my towels had hair stuck in between it.
