When I first arrived I was given a room that smelt like multiple people had urinated on the floor and never cleaned it up. I requested a change and as I retrieved my luggage another guest walked by and said does your room stink too? The staff was very kind and gave me a new room but when I got in the new room I saw a larger bug scurrying across the floor. It smelt a bit better but I was already grossed out from the first room so slept with as much clothing to make sure I didn't get bit by something.

We booked rooms a few month ago, but one room was overbooked, and cannot stay for one person.

This hotel was a huge disappointment right from the start. They overbooked and were trying to get me to give up my room even before I left home. Then we get to the hotel at 5 PM and our room was still not ready. The room itself was decent although very small, but the bathroom was not attractive. The water in the shower was tepid at best, there were not enough towels, no shampoo etc. The room had a kitchenette that was not stocked with any sort of glasses or dishes. The pull out bed had no sheets or pillows available and the size. To top things off, it was nearly impossible to find any employees when there were problems. I am usually a very forgiving person who rolls with the punches, but I would NEVER stay at this hotel again. Terrible.

This hotel was very nice for the price. room was clean but had a mild smell to it when you first walk in. very close to resturants, stores and the night life. in walking distance of Marta. Staff was very nice and helpful. pool was open. Will stay again oh and free parking and pet friendly.

Room was not cleanef properly, The staff was nice the breakfast bar was not as u would think, could hv been better especially at wat they chrd i coukd hv gotten a freak shack for that

The setup is nice but the room had a very odd smell. Friday and saturday had a lot of party going guests coming back to their rooms late and making a lot of noise. You can hear everything that goes on in the other rooms of the hotel. The gyn only had two machines that had probably seen better days and no water fountain, besides one in lobby.

When I flew into Atlanta I took the train to the hotel, I was told it was across the street from the train station. I didn't see it so I called. The gal at the front desk said it was on the otherside of the station, I walked to the otherside to find a parking lot and residential are. I finally got better directions from a taxi driver. The hotel was on the same side of the road as the train station, not the other side of the station, please get your directions and wording correct when you are dealing with people not knowing if they've ever been to Atlanta and walking.

Was traveling through and needed a decent priced hotel to stay at. It is a little old, but it's still okay. It's right around Lenox mall and phipps, and close to everything. For the money it was definitely worth it. The bed however wasn't the most comfortable, but I really can't complain much at all.

The room was not what is shown on the pictures online. The room is a extremely small one space room with no separation on the living area/kitchen area. The sleeper sofa was crammed in the room so if you had children you would be laying right across from each other with not privacy.

Only stayed one night and while its in a great part of town, the hotel is old, not maintained and very dated. Will not be staying there again.

First of all, the room had a weird smell to it. Never did figure out what that was. I ended up buying a candle just to mask the odor. The carpet had not been vacuumed. She shower stall had mildew growing all around the top where the shower meets the drywall. The high speed internet that you have to PAY for is not high speed at all. With the heavy traffic at that location, it is VERY difficult to get in and out of the Extended Stay parking lot. If I had known that it would be like this, I would have paid double to stay somewhere much nicer in Buckhead.

Room was clean and roomy. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Unclean, old, run down, noisy,

I was prepared for the worst after reading some of the reviews, but decided to go ahead because of its location and price- and I was very pleasantly surprised. My room was very clean and not at all smokey. The staff was friendly and the hall not too noisy. Bed was comfortable and my room had a great little kitchen area. Its not in the heart of peachtree road with that fun downtown city feel, but its really close (like 2 miles) and much less expensive than the hotels in the heart of the peachtree road area. There is a great grocery store within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast isn't much, but I just went to the grocery store instead. This isn't a fancy hotel, but don't be scared off by the other reviews, it was fine.

-Sofa bed didn't have sheets, had to go to front desk to get and put myself. -Missing pillow for the 4th person, when asked for an extra pillow at the front desk, they were rude and said they didn't have any pillows. -Bagel in the breakfast had mold. I showed to front desk.

Not nice. Tried to stay away as much as possible.

Good option if you are traveling on a budget and need a quick place to stay. The rooms all smelled like smoke though, even if in a non-smoking room. The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel to be close to the hospital. We liked the fact that they allowed pets, but website should state that a fee is involved.

The hotel has a great location right next to the Brookehaven MARTA station. Staff is very friendly; however, the room was dirty I had to change rooms two times.

Work staff was very helpful and kind. Accomodations were adequate and clean. Everything I needed was available.
