Would never recommend this hotel. Awful experience

It was a horrible experience staying at the hotel the credit card was double-charged and I had to get a refund and that took hours to do then I have to keep going downstairs because every time I left my room my key didn't work

It was a good experience that allowed me to accomplish the reason for being in the area.

Wanted to check in a little early but the front desk asked us to wait until 3 PM which is the official check in time. When we got to our room the door was standing open and it was obvious the room had not been cleaned. I found a staff member cleaning the room next door and told her we were assigned to the room. She immediately came over and cleaned the room, making the bed and cleaning the barhroom. However she didn't run a vacuum or clean the floors in any way. She told me she had 48 rooms to clean by herself. In the hallways, the carpeting was stained and there were a couple of small rips in areas. It just appeared old and shabby. The next morning, the breakfast was decent, hot, and plentiful.

The lobby had a stale smell to it. The pool was not working. The room looked clean.

The room had mold, was humid, had a broken fridge, two towels were given to us, the sheets were dirty so we slept on top of the bed, the room had water damaged, the pool was a brown green, and the hallways and elevators were dim with flickering lights. Overall, the hotel was straight out of a horror film.

The entire 3rd floor smelled like a skunk was patrolling the hallways and the pool that was so pretty on the website was gross. It literally had black water in it. However, the room was clean and comfortable and employees were very nice.

The pillows were old and moldy, bathtub the same, the outlets on the wall broken and the lights didn't work.

I chose this Days Inn because the ratings were better than average. My reservation was for 2 rooms, 1 night for a business trip. The rooms were dirty and in need of repairs and updates. One room had a very bad smell and the bathroom was not clean. We didn't even stay the night, we checked out an hour after we checked in and booked a different hotel.

It's a Days Inn in a quiet neighborhood. Has a microwave in the room. Offers some bread and coffee as breakfast. The rug felt dirty. I would't walk around the room bare foot. The towels are very used and look grayish.

The hotel looks run down, the upkeep is quite tardy. The rooms were smelly, the faucet was sort of broken. The carpets are old and rough.

The carpet was disgusting! I wouldn't let my son walk on it without shoes on. The bathtub was dirty; and there was urine on the toilet seat when I first went into the bathroom. The sink area was filthy as well. There was a tiny little window and the room was small. The microwave was too small to warm up my son's bottles. The only positive amentity of this room was the big screen television.

The staff was very kind but it was only an option to have a non smoking room, not standard. Smoke smell was everywhere.

Had a good time and the staff is very helpful. We just use this hotel as a cheap and easy place to stay convenient to the highway with free wifi that works.

Friendly service, well accomodating to my needs. A good value for its quality.

We only stayed one night. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. We stopped on our way home from Florida to check out the Georgia Aquarium. FANTASTIC! We were told to eat at Legal Seafood. It was delicious, but we felt abit under dressed. The staff was great and made us feel comfortable. I think they deal with a lot of tourists due to being close to the aquarium. The hotel was on the north side of town so it was convenient for us to get back on the road the flooring morning.

We enjoyed the stay everything was wonderful. The children enjoyed their breakfast. Good value for the money

good value for the money, the carpet was very old, some of the rooms have a musty odor.

It was a nice and comfortable hotel. It met our simple needs. It is a great hotel for the price.
