Hotel smelled, toilet clogged, pool cloudy and full of chlorine

Rude staff and didn't help with any of my complaints

The only issued we had was the breakfast wasn't the best. The hot food was still cold and there wasn't a microwave down in the lobby to warm it up. I didn't want to have to go back up to my room to do that. Overall it was a nice hotel.

Decent rooms, at the time some construction around but nothing that's intolerable, breakfast and wifi is available.. Quality isn't anything to brag about, but that's expected.

My family came to Atlanta to see the Colts play and when booking a hotel I looked for one that was a decent price and a hotel chain that I had stayed at before. Well checking in was fine and when we got to our room I could hear the TV playing through the door. So before entering I went and asked to make sure that the room was not already someone else's because the last thing I would want to do is walk into someone's room and the clerk told me that they often leave the TV's on in the unoccupied rooms (which was strange to me). We went in and the first thing I noticed was one of the beds has been slept in and there were food crumbs all over the floor and the bed. Then as we were heading out of the room I glanced in the bathroom and there were dirty towels on the floor. I went and told the clerk that the room was obviously in use already. He quickly gave us another room and when we got in that room the dresser was missing one of its drawers, one of the towels had makeup on it, and the bed only had three pillows (my husband and I usually each have two, same for my in laws). We decided to just stick with this room because we had driven over 600 miles and we tired. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable and around 1130pm there was someone vacuuming the hallways which made it very hard to sleep. We were waken up at 6 in the morning by what sounded like a herd of cattle running down the halls on the floor above us. We went out to the breakfast and it had your typical hotel breakfast items (waffles, cereal, toast, juice, coffee, etc) however the waffle mix was so watery you could not make waffles and instead of individual jugs of milk there was a pitcher of milk (I was very skeptical about the milk), so my family stuck with toast. The shower was very slow draining so while you showered it would slowly fill up to about the top of your ankles. When we went to check out the clerk did tell us to have a nice day but did not ask how the stay was or anything of that nature. The only positive thing I can think of this place is that the coffee was very good. I would not come back to this location if you paid me. Lesson Learned.

Only smoking rooms avail. Almost was sick to stomach.

It was good. Very comfortable. Clean affordable. Quiet. Good family room

There are many kind staffs, in particular a young man who cleaned tables and wiped windows in the morning.

Nice, clean from appearances. Arrived to room half of the lights and the tv didn't work. We arrived very late (12.30 am) and was too tired to go. Ack to lobby to complain (because the phone didn't work either). When we informed the staff the next morning, they didn't seem concerned.

Well not polite, room smelled, air conditioner didn't put out, window no security latches, toilet you have to flush 5 times after use, shower valve just goes in circles, pool has so much stuff floating on and in it it looked like septic pond, no extra towels or blankets breakfast always runs out way before its time and coffe tastes like ground dirt. Will never ever stay here again or recommend it to any one. Oh not enough handicap parking had to walk all the way from back parking lot and they don't care.

I booked a room in a nicer hotel but the reservation was wrong so I ended up here. Cigarette burns in the chair and a large stain for burn on the carpet greeted me when I walked in. But the bed was fine, the hallway noise wasn't bad, and the breakfast was good. If budget-conscious, a place to consider.

If you're for some place to just lay down at night, here's the place. Night staff is more polite than the day staff. The bed is comfortable and the hotel is quiet.

Our family planned to have a gathering in Atlanta during the 4th of July holiday & booked the rooms for the stay. The facility is very lacking and actually borders on being horrible. I was given keys to 2 different rooms at the desk that were occupied, apparently without knowledge of the desk clerk. Also given key to a room that was supposedly ready for occupancy, that the toilet was turned sideways on the drainage pipe. Some of the rooms are lacking refrigerators/micros & the ones that are in them do not operate properly. I witnessed an interesting exchange at the desk one evening between a gentlemen and the desk clerk of $20 cash, each smiling and the gentlemen was told that the $20 dollars would be "posted". Not a desirable family environment and our family decided to leave early even though we had already paid for another night.

WARNING Please read before staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived it was obvious the hotel doesn't like the third party we used to get the room. The clerk was pleasant until she pulled up our res and then became cold. She gave us the room key and when we got into the elevator it smelled of a mixture of urine and curry. When we got to the room we were horrified. The ceiling was literally falling down, it smelled of mold, there were cigarette burns, writing in ink and hair on the sheets. The room was filthy. I immediately went to the lobby and before I could ask for a refund it was as if they expected me to return, they had a key for me and suggested another room. Rather than go thru the hassle of finding another hotel I accepted. The second room was a little cleaner but smelled heavy of men's cologne masking the moldly smell. There was also hair everywhere in the bathroom. We cleaned up the gross hair and stayed. The rooms are also the size of a walk-in closet so 3 people were extremely tight and 2 would be as well. That night the people hanging around in the lobby and outside were very seedy, not what we expected in the area and for a hotel that was not in crack alley. The next morning my girlfriend and son went to get some breakfast in the lobby. My gf set her cell phone down to pour her coffee and within 20 seconds her phone was stolen. She immediately told the front desk and even though they had 3 cameras in the area, not one of them was focused on that area. The only people there were an employee and a guest that was questioned. He didn't have the phone on him and even let them check his room. This leads us to believe it might be an inside job and it wouldn't surprise me at all if this happens often. We did not feel safe at this property at all. This was not supposed to be a 'flea bag' hotel. We paid $75 a night and it was in decent area. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone who cares about safety and cleanliness.

Hotel was nice. But the TV did not have a tv guide.

perfect for awa stay.... short distance from the mall and waverly.

When we arrived, the room was about 90 degrees and the smell was bad. Air conditioner leaked into the room wetting the carpet near the window. Continental breakfast was very limited on selection. All juices were watered down. Towels were dirty.Bath tub was dirty. Sheets were dingy.Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Pool water was so cold my kids wouldn't swim in it. Would not recomend!!!!!!

Well Trained Staff

Enjoyed sharing with family and friends and meeting new business partners.

It was a good place for the time I was there. The back door close to my room wouldn't close and that was unsafe.
