Don't book the hotel through Orbitz. The are the worst online company to use.

I arrived at the hotel at 2am to check in to my room. When I went to the office to receive my key, the person behind the counter looked at me then walked away. I picked up the after hours phone to receive service and nobody came to the desk. To make matters worse, I received an alert on my cell that a crime was happening down the street. The hotel is not in a safe neighborhood and rating the staff subpar is extremely too high of a rating. Do not use this place at all cost. It is not worth your safety and they do not deserve to be in business. I wish Orbitz had a safety rating on location.

Disgusting room, no pillows or towels. No one in front office or housekeeping the ENTIRE weekend.

No room for us with reservation. In midnight we look for the place for sleeping. So terrible!

The staff was courteous and helpful..The manager could use more customer service training..The room was comfortable but every night when i came in it smelled like someone smoking weed. The housekeepers only changed my towels once the entire week. No one ever came in to vacuum.

The only thing I can really complain about is that I stayed for 5 days ,no one vame to clean the room or provide fresh linen and fresh towels also we didn't have face towels,so I bought my own,also no kitchen supplies were provide for me to cook so we just ate out

The room was small to include a kitchen, barely enough space to store below brings and also have room to walk. There were about 5-6 dead bugs around the room. And the bathtub had old hair still in it. The kitchen was clean and we were provided with a small pot for warming water and utensils. There wasn't a microwave and each lamp was missing the bulbs.

I had a great time enjoyed the room. I would go again.

I was testing out their hotel because I travel a lot and the location was convenient. When I got there, the GSR didn't have a very pleasant attitude which made me skeptical about giving them my business because I'm big on customer service. After I decided to check in my stay was decent.

The staff was very pleasant and it was a bargan..... was very comfortable place to sleep.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel seemed to be in safe location and was quiet. The room did not seem very clean but I guess you get what you pay for.

I have never been so disapointed in a hotel as I was this time. When I arrived at the room it was filthy. There were bugs in the room and hair all over the bathroom. If that was not bad enough when I pulled the spread back on the bed it was covered with hair and dirt like a dog had been rolling on the sheets. I waited at the front of the hotel locked outside of the front office for 20 nmin waiting to cancel my reservation calling a courtesy phone and no one ever came.
