Overbooked us an put or family of four through hell sleeping cramped up on one bad and terrible sofa bed. The hotel is disgustingly dirty. Never staying there again!
Patrick at the front desk was very accommodating and wonderful to work with! We were celebrating my husband's birthday by attending a Braves game and enjoying Battery Park. Patrick was extremely helpful in getting us settled in so that we could begin our celebration!

Apparently, this was the very first Courtyard property for Marriott in the world!!! That was great to know. The bad thing was that the only elevator was at the farthest end of the property from the reception area. That was a pain.
Sofabed was horrible - very small and very sloppy. Requested for extra blanket and pillows and was not delivered until I picked myself.
We came in from Las Vegas to attend my father in law's funeral. Was very pleased with our comfortable, stress free stay.
slept here during evacuation from South Georgia. Very friendly and professional staff. room was clean and efficient. the bed was comfortable. nice place to stay for business or short stay.
Hotel was overbooked and when I checked in at midnight, I was told since we booked 3rd party and not directly, I got bumped. Had to find another hotel 30+miles that had availability.
Stayed for 3 nights for Thanksgiving. I was traveling alone and although the hotel was almost empty I felt safe. The room and the hotel was nice. I had no complaints about anything other then the remote control. It was filthy. I wiped it down and the washcloth was black and grimy. I had to wrap the remote in plastic to keep my hands clean.
I was nearly blown away as soon as I walked into the room. Just beautiful. Clean, cozy and comfortable. Not to mention amazingly affordable. After staying at the Courtyard, I decided this is where I'll be staying from now on. I give it 5 stars all around.
Good Stay for the money. I would stay again. Room was very clean and comfortable.
Stayed here one night on our way to Florida. Bed was very comfortable. Efficient check in. Would stay here again. Did not use weight room.
Everything from cleanliness to staff was impecable. Bisteo food was way below par....just eat out
Worked well for traveling with a baby. Great price for a suite w/refrigerator and microwave. Plenty of room for a crib without being crowded. Staff was friendly.
slept and showered no cookies to greet us at lobby no one at desk to greet us no lotion in the room towels very stiff i wont stay here again i will go to Marriot NW breakfast not included rooms downstairs aferter long day of travel to walk down stairs

Experience good, had breakfast in same fashion as hotels with complimentary breakfast, but neglected to mention that there was a cost involved.
Bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was over priced. Paint peeling from ceiling in the bathroom. Sofa bed was also very small and uncomfortable.

Our exterior renovation are just about complete (just a few small items left), and we have made several other upgrades in recent months - new WIFI system, increased bandwidth, new phones, new in-room Guest Entertainment System (al HD channels + Netflix and more!) and many more upgrades. Next time here we'll find you a room closer to the front of the hotel! Thank you!!!
