Stayed at this hotel because of it's location. The room smelled and the carpets in the room were dirty. Looks like they are updating the hotel so hopefully this will all change.

Booked on line because of price lower than the nearby Hilton we often stay when visiting family. Noticed the price for Sunday was $8 more than Saturday. Breakfast was good but open til 10am on Saturday and only to 9am on Sunday. Staff not particularly outgoing and friendly. Room small and kn need of upgrade, but adequate. Bath could use an exhaust. We didi nit spend much time in the room since we were with family during both days. Good location for restaurants and shopping. Stay was during a weekend of Spring break with lots of young people and families, but room was quiet even though near elevator, which needs upgrade.

Ok for the rate I paid, but only one elevator working and AC in the lobby area was broken during my two night stay.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean, breakfast was pretty status quo (waffles, pastries, fruit, cereal, yogurt, etc.). Great location that was less than a mile from where my training was taking place! Several restaurant choices nearby. I booked on Orbitz and got a great rate, so it was definitely worth the price I paid.

Room was as described. Tub in bathroom drained slow. Complimentary breakfast was nice to have. Overall satisfied.

The hotel's location made access to that area of town very easy. There's a Publix market and RiteAid drugstore nearby for convenience. The room with 2 queen beds and sofa sleeper I had was spacious and mostly clean. The breakfast is standard fare but sufficient. Lobby and reception areas were clean and inviting. Two minor issues: 1.) Even with all lamps on and working, there was not sufficient lighting. The addition of some sconces or one or two lamps would've helped. 2.) I addressed two housekeeping issues with the desk about an hour after check-in and was told that housekeeping had left for the day and these things could probably not be solved before the next day. There was a spot (appeared to be a small blood stain) on one of the bed covers and one of the lamps had a burned-out bulb. I did not expect the bed cover to be changed that evening when I got back to the room, and it had not been. No one was going to use that bed, so no problem. I did, however, hope to see a new bulb in the lamp but that was not the case. I mentioned the lamp again the following morning but not the bedcover; I assumed housekeeping had been notified and would change the bedcover. When I returned to my room that evening, the lamp was working fine but bedcovers remained the same. I was not feeling my best so I simply chose to ignore it again and I checked out early the next day. Overall a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was awesome. The hotel was convenient walking distance to other businesses

This was a great value for a family of five needing a hotel in an active part of town with access to the city on a budget! Great job!

My husband and I stayed here while passing through town. It was in such a nice location, the staff was so friendly, and the room was not only comfortable but clean too. It seems like they've thought of everything! We will definitely stay here again!

Since we needed a hotel close to CHOA, it was only about a mile away. Hotel was right beside a small shopping center with Arby's, a Tex-Mex burrito Restaurant, a Bagel restaurant and Chinese restaurant, and a Publix. It felt like they cut off the A/C in the hotel at night so it was really hot like 85 degrees inside during the night even though we had our room unit cranked up. My wife agreed with me about that. The hotel seemed to need a few upgrades, but it's a 3-star place. Great location on a reasonable budget.

The rooms are very large and clean. It is a great value for the money.

This has got to be one of the best kept secrets in Atlanta! The hotel room was comfortable enough to sleep 3 adults and one very bossy 5 year old. The room we had, although it was right off the elevators, was very quiet - we didn't even hear a lot of traffic. The hotel is within minutes of every kind of dining venue you can think of, and really not that far from all the downtown attractions. Breakfast was very good, although I wish they'd offer a breakfast meat other than a sausage biscuit. Probably the only complaint I had was the unusual odor we had in our room, reminiscent of a cigarette smell; plus the cable kept slipping out of the TV and causing the signal to go in and out. Those were minor inconveniences that did little to take from one of the top 5 hotel experiences my family has EVER had. Way to go, Comfort Suites!

This was a conveniently-located hotel for my recent business trip, and a lot more affordable than most of the full-service hotels in the Perimeter-area. Highlights include: free wi-fi, a standard "hot breakfast" and friendly staff. It appears new or newly-remodeled. Other than a slight musty odor in my room (not enough to bother me, but noticeable only at first), there were no other cleanliness issues. The "suites" are really just one room with a couch, so don't assume they are two-room suites. But for the money, it was a very good value. I'd stay there again when I have business meetings in this area.

Great Experince Good value Good location friendly staff. Clean room confortable bed

I travel every week and this was one of the best hotels etc: I've stayed

The daily breakfast was the deciding factor when looking for a hotel.

This hotel was in the perfect location for my stay. Close to shopping, many restaurants, medical facilities, and business district. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Hotel was clean. The morning breakfast was great way to start the mornings. This hotel had many conveniences for my 8 night stay... room was comfortable equipped with a fridge & Microwave & there was a laundry area on the premises. I was very pleased with my 8 nights stay!

Clean hotel and room, quiet. Free breakfast was nice

A basic room included microwave and fridge, and the hotel was right next door to a grocery, so it was easy to eat inexpensively and healthily. The hotel shuttle was great for getting back and forth to my training every day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice decor.

we checked into this hotel because we wanted an additional day in atlanta and the hotel we were in doubled in price. the hotel was not physically attractive, the carpets were ugly which lead me to believe that they were dirty but who knows since they were ugly. the staff was friendly. the room has a sleeper sofa but no divider so if your traveling with kids dont expect any type of privacy. the tv is out dated as well as the furniture. the bathroom was ok but the tub could use a little work. the bed wasnt that soft but if thats what you like then your ok and the pillows were small(like couch pillows) the plus side is there was free parking and breakfast. like i said good, if you trying to save a few bucks on lodging. Also, in prime location. situated in atlanta suburb near restaurants and perimeter mall shopping. like 10 miles outside of the city
