Within seconds of entering the lobby it was obvious that management places customer service at the top of the priority list. From the check in clerk, to the breakfast attendant, to housekeeping, every staff member was genuinely polite and kind. The hotel itself was fine- clean, close to Six Flags, and had an indoor pool for the kids. The employees turned a regular stay into a pleasure. We will be back!

The hotel should let their guest know that they are in the middle of upgrading. Walking into the hotel being greeted by stacks of boxes. The door that leads to the pool had bad mold in the ceiling tiles. Could not work out due boxes being the exercise room. Snack machine was not giving correct prices of items. Ice machine on main floor was out of order. Staff being kids to work with them keeping a lot of noise at night. Toilet overflowed in room. Staff was not friendly was not greeted upon entrance into hotel. Was not ask how was our stay upon checking out.

My experience at this hotel was not a good one. First the wifi was down the entire stay. Next, there was a crack in the ceiling in the the bathroom that was leaking and also roaches in the room. The staff was kind enough to change my room but that room also had roaches. I also spoke to other guest that were staying there and they also were experiencing roaches in their room. Finally in the dining area all the chair were pealing because they were so old. The hotel need to be completely demolished and rebuilt from the ground up. The staff was very nice but the conditions awful. I left messages for the manager Lynda Garcia and as of yet she still has not returned my call. I would not recommend this hotel

Excellent breakfast. In town for Thanksgiving with family. Rooms clean. Other areas could stand some upkeep. Chairs need recovered badly. It's the small things that make a hotel good or great.

Room smelled bad, very loud traffic noise, could hear the people moving in the rooms next to mine, building was dirty.

This place was terrible. We walked in to the front lobby counter and the lady at the desk was on her personal cell phone, never put it down while helping us. Finally got our keys, got our things and headed up to the room. Walked in to the room and first thing I saw was a roach, then another, and another. We killed 5 roaches before heading back down stairs to see what could be done. Went to the desk and the same lady was there still on her cell phone. Told her about the roaches and she laughed and started clicking around on the computer still on her cell phone. Said that she was putting us in a king suit . Finally got the room keys went to the first room to get our stuff and run into the people in the room next to us. They said that they changed rooms 3 times in a week because of roaches in the first room. A/c was broken in the second. We come down stairs to put our things in the new room and the lady from the front desk is sitting in the front lobby with a guy laughing as we go to the new room. The new room (a king suit had a torn up chair at the desk the leather was torn and coming off. The carpet had stains and so did the furniture. This hotel should not be open with a roach infestation. And terrible staff laughing in the face of someone paying to stay there. If we could have cancelled and got our money back we would have but we couldn't.

As soon as you walk in you see the paint is peeling of the walls. The hot tub was out of order but they did not over it so it was a huge hazard. There was mold all in the pool area. The wifi (wait what wifi)!!!!!! I believe this was the worst hotel I have every stayed in. I do not recommend this hotel even for pets.

Everything was fine. Breakfast was a little lacking but staff was nice. Would stay again.

We have been to this hotel in 2010. But it have changed. Simply put, the experience was horrible.

First off the staff was very friendly and helpful. But the hotel itself is awful the rooms are falling apart literally walk sockets hanging out furniture with cigarette burns towel racks broke hair dryer pulled off walk, but worst of all the mattress had been treated for bed bugs and still had bed bug cover on it with dead bugs in it. Would not ever ever go back or refer them to anyone what do ever.

The best hotel in Lithia Springs Ga. I have stayed in many hotels around this area and none has had better quality. I love it and can't wait to go back.

The ceiling in my room started leaking at 3 am. I called the front desk and the gentleman said he'd contact the manager, but couldn't move me because they were booked full. I tried to go back to sleep, but couldn't. by 6am I was ready to leave, so I went downstairs to resolve the situation as I had heard nothing else, and the ceiling was till leaking. The woman at the front desk said she had received an e-mail and was aware of the problem, but they were booked for that night as well, so they still couldn't move me. I booked through this site, so she couldn't refund me, she said I had to call my booking agent. I had her call them, so they knew I wasn't making anything up, and they had verification from the hotel. After over an hour on the phone, my booking agent refunded that night, (because I didn't get any sleep) and the following, since I had no room to go to. I had to go to the hotel next door for the remainder of my stay. Not including the room leaking, it was in general in dis-repair, there were stains in the bathtub and on the back of the bathroom door, hair on the shower walls, and a crack in the wall around the window/ac unit. The a/c unit also had a piece just dangling from it. Also, the ottoman of the chair had water stains on it, and when the ceiling was leaking, that's where it was dripping, so I assume this was not their first battle with water in this room. The pool was freezing, not heated yet indoor, so the sun couldn't heat it either. I therefore could only use the hot tub, and there was so much chlorine in it that my eyes wouldn't stop burning. Within 10 minutes, I could no longer hold my eyes open anymore and had to retire to my room.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel when we came to Georgia for a Braves game. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

We went to this hotel for a romatic weekened get away and we wanted to relax in a hot tub so that was a major reason we chose this hotel. We got there only to find out that their whole pool area would be closed for a month. Needeless to say we were very dissappointed.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights for a Braves game and the hotel was in a perfect location away from traffic and the room was impeccably clean. The bed was wry comfortable as well! Definitely recommend!

I truly enjoyed this hotel! There is a pool, jacuzzi, free breakfast and the staff was very nice. I would definitely stay here again. There was only one problem, I couldn't turn off the airconditioner or adjust it, but it was hot enough that it wasn't a problem.

Hotel staff friendly. Pool reeked of chlorine...I've always been told if you could smell chlorine then there wasn't enough in the pool/hottube. Breakfast surpasses all other complementary free beakfast ..not your norm free breakfast.

We had a good time. It was close to Six Flags. The staff was great.

Good - one of the few major chains that still have "smoking" rooms. The staff is very attentive and of generally good cheer. The amenities are fine - indoor pool, weight room, fridge, microwave, etc in the room. Not so good - keycard would not work on the perimeter door; when it was re-keyed, it wouldn't work on the room door! (never worked on the perimeter door); soda machine was removed on my floor the 1st day and gone all week; only decaf left in room (got reg from the front desk) The really, really not good - saw two small bugs in the room the first day; a hair on the shower wall; the hvac unit is impossible to leave on auto - too hot or too cold and always too loud

I am highly dissapointed with this hotel to say the least..Fisrt off we got a smoking room and there was no way to vent the smoke with 3 children in the room as well. The windows was nailed shut the vent in the bathroom did not work. We asked severl times for someone to fix the vent and it never happened. We also asked for some air freashner and we was handed a bottle of bathroom cleaner. Only one of the plugs in the room worked. The main reason we chose this hotel is because it had a indoor pool well the pool was ice cold no heaters running so the kids did not get to go swimming!! Ghetto ghetto ghetto thats sums it up!!!!!!
