I called 2 weeks ahead and book a room. First time there. When we got there. They was very nice. The room was very clean. And every thing was ready. Breakfast was very good. I will return again. When see my family again.

The new Braves stadium. A very good hotel to stay at if you want to go to a Braves game. It is right down I-285 from the stadium. A friendly staff. My room was clean and neat. The free breakfast is a sausage patty and you make your own waffles. Also fruit and cereal are available. Access to downtown is available with a MARTA station(Dunwoody) within 2 miles from the hotel.

Called on a week earlier scheduled a room for my daughter for a day surgery. Was on the phone quite lengthy telling him about my AAA and choice rewards membership. That didn't matter even though I was paying, but wasn't going to be there. Not really a big deal to make an issue over. What upsets me is the time I spent on the phone scheduled the reservation and gave my credit card, and there is no record. I am very busy and my fault for not following up, but trust it was taking care of. My daughter gets there and no sign of anything, and I can't show anything either. I take some responsibility in that I should follow up, but honestly, I am so busy I just need people to do their jobs!!!

The hotel is very clean and the bed and hvac was excellent so we slept very well and enjoyed an above average hot breakfast BUT the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting and the housekeeping was poor. Our bed was poorly made, towels were not replaced and the coffee service wasn't replenished.

Where do I start? We were booked through our organization for a multiple night stay with probably 20 rooms. Over half of our group had issues, with 3 families not able to overcome them and having to change hotels. Attempted to contact mgmt with no avail. I mean NONE. Always 'in a meeting.' I was told he had mine (and all others in my party) numbers and he would be calling all of us soon. Well, I was there for three days and mgmt was MIA with no contact the whole time. I even called Choice Hotels guest line and made a complaint which they assured me would be taken serious and a regional mgr would be contacted immediately. Ha. Don't have to tell you I never heard back from anyone from that call either. BIG TIME kudos to the front desk staff here who are EXTREMELY pleasant and should be given a raise for putting up with all the complaints and covering for the mgmt here who obviously just wanted us gone. The daily staff here couldn't have been nicer. But that couldn't help solve the nastiness that was this hotel. It's painted in dark colors, dimly lit and smells like a know that 'we're trying to cover up vomit and other nasty stuff' smell that doesn't quite cut it. Got off the elevator to a hall littered with trash and carpeting that was severely stained. Our room was filthy with a layer of dust on everything. Mold everywhere. Towels were dingy and threadbare. One of ours had a stain of who knows what on it. Several people in our party had fridges that had old food in them or dirty insides. My kids were literally scared here. They didn't want to touch anything. The parking lot here is sketchy and tough to navigate too. Unless you get one of the 9-10 spots up front you have to go around the side to this 'hidden' lot that can't be seen from the hotel and faces an apartment complex. Multiple signs make it completely clear that they know how unsafe this area is and that they are not responsible for what goes on in the lot. Also this property backs up DIRECTLY to I-285, one of the busiest thoroughfares in ATL. All day and night cars are zooming by loudly. Lastly for those of you that don't know...this is NOT swanky Buckhead. It is Sandy Springs. If you want the cool places to eat and want to mix with the rich and famous you gotta head about 10 miles down the road. I knew this wasn't the Grand Hyatt, but I wasn't expecting something this bad. The only inexplicably positive thing I can say is that there was a brand new 50 inch flat screen in my room. Why? I am not sure. The money could have been spent much better elsewhere. The free breakfast isn't bad either. But that's it. There are several hotels in this area and can only imagine they are all better than this one.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel despite the nearby interstate and road construction. Cedric is a real asset for this property and made our stay wonderful with his smile and great guest service! We will definitely stay again just because of him!!

This hotel sits on the busiest off-ramp of I-85, and the windows certainly don't help keep the road noise out so don't plan on getting any sleep at all. The AC/heat fan must have had a bearing going, because it was louder than an airplane engine. The bathroom ventilation fan did not work at all. The story was also the same for the door deadbolt, which did not work at all. I asked to be moved, but could not because all double bed units were on the highway side of the hotel. All of these problems were reported to the staff, but the staff chose to ignore my requests for maintenance, and they refused to give me a break on the rate given this poor experience. The breakfast staff was exceptional, but the front desk staff was very unwilling to do anything to accommodate guests.

My experience: I booked this hotel through Although I have booked many hotels through Orbitz. 6 words: You get what you pay for. Sammy at the front desk obviously hates his job and people. My reservation clearly reads executive king. I was under the impression executive suite. Nope. Executive King.. is Executive King. I mean this a comfort inn right? I was told by Sammy no suites here. Management wrote me during my first night and basically said look for the word suite in the definition next time. (FRAUD). This hotel is dark and gloomy. (SAD). Took the sheets off my bed to make sure I got clean, fresh linen. The sheets were right where I left them when I got back to my room at 6:30 in the evening. I had to ask for them to clean the room. And they just changed my bedding. No tiolerties! At the end of my stay when I returned home, I realized they had charged my credit card twice and more than what I was quote. I tried to call upon realizing the error and guess who answers Sammy and transfers me to reservations 5x's in one night. I've left messages no one from the hotel has returned my call. My bank account has been monopolized by these people. My vacation ruined:( Seeking legal advice. WARNING**STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT ** plenty of affordable hotels in the area with better service and won't leave your bank account high and dry.

I thought it would have been better, based on the ratings from others. However, in my opinion, it was just OK. I recognize that hotels used to allow smoking indoors, and now most of them don't. I can imagine that in this transition process, something specific needed to be done to remove the heavy duty smell of smoke from years of allowing smoking in the rooms. In this particular hotel, from the moment I walked in the front doors, the smell of smoke was palpable. Unfortunately, my room wasn't any better. I wish I had a better review to give this place.

It's not much, but it is very convenient for the business I need to conduct. It's right off I-285 and there are plenty of restaurants close by, one right next door. Rooms are clean, breakfast is not bad. Staff were efficient.
