I would NOT recommend staying here! If I had not made my booking as non-refundable, I would have asked for a refund, and slept in my car! Our room needed a serious refurbishing, and was old! The air didn't work all that well, and it was so humid in our room, the "damp-rid" thing hanging on a door knob was FULL of water, AND our sheets seemed damp! On a positive side, at least there were no roaches!

Carpet smell horrible, a/c has a terrible Oder , would not recommend anyone stay here. Don't waste your money.

Decent room for the price. No real complaints. Easy to get to from the interstate

Overall I was not impressed with this hotel. The staff was not helpful when you could find someone. Many times I walked to the front desk to find it abandoned and nobody came up to help me. I also found that this hotel was maintained very poorly. The room smelled, it looked like there was water damage in the ceiling, the carpet was torn, the door didn't lock, the bathroom had missing towel rods and holes in the wall. I can't believe that is what I get for my money. I will never stay at a baymont agaim

Found hair everywhere on the bed and dirty sheets. Had a very unpleasant smell. Very dirty carpet

My Job is transferring me to Wisconsin so I had to give up my Appartment and stay in the Baymont inn and Swites Marietta/Atlanta North which was located close to where I work for 2 weeks total. I first booked the room for 1 week and due to the comfort level I decided to go ahead on and stay the remainder of my time in GA here as I was comfortable, had no Stress and was less then a mile from where I worked. I was also allowed to bring my grey-hound dog, Duke along with me he to enjoyed the stay. I would without hesitation recommend this hotel to friends who may stay in Marietta GA.

I was annoyed by the fact that I made the reservation at "La Quinta" couldn't find it so I called and the message on the phone said "Wyndham" and when I finally got through to a person was told to look for "Baymont". Not convenient for a person traveling from out of town needing to get changed for a wedding who doesn't have time to waste figuring out what actual hotel name they should be looking for. The staff attempted to be accommodating and helpful, but when the manager had to be called for assistance during check-in and check-out, she was rude and not at all customer service oriented.

I was not pleased with this hotel at all. Pics showed that this was an inside hotel. When I pulled up, it was a motel. I don't like motels. Never again will I stay here.

A very nice hotel, but the only drawback is it is located further from the airport than I had expected (30 minute drive).

I have stayed in several different La Quinta's. I requested a non-smoking room and I got a smoking room. I had to go buy some spray and it did not help the smell. The bedding was dirty and it did not fit the king size bed. I was able to live with the smell, the dirty bedding, but it is bad when the guest above you takes a shower and you are taking a shower you have the guest's draining water leaking through the ceiling down into the shower with you. That takes the cake!!!!! I should have refused to pay for this room!! Stay at your own risk!!!

Front desk Anthony was ver helpful. Room was clean

Well since this is a low price hotel you could expect certain surprises, overall it was ok, the room was clean but what threw me off is that we booked a non-smoking room and the smell was tedious, seems like someone got in and smoked some weed inside the room and then left... I can't imagine that room services cannot get rid of that smell while preparing the room... But anyway the front desk lady offered us to get another room and stated that its hard to guaranteed that previous guests had smoked in even though they booked a non smoking room so they don't have to pay extra for smoking... the location is "questionable" and they offer weekly rates which says a lot about their guests

The room was great and the staff was very helpful. I willvisit again

Great room for the price and the staff was very nice. The only problem was, the hotel advertised a microwave in the room but there wasn't one.

The hotel room was clean. The area wasn't too bad. The staff was pleasant and accomodating when I requested more towels. The pool area was clean. We just wanted a place to sleep for 2 nights and for the money it was decent. I would recommend this hotel for a friend if they didn't want a hotel with a lot of amenities and just needed a reasonably priced place to sleep.

I was visiting a college in Marietta with my family. The hotel looked nice online and it was priced right, so we decided to stay, and we booked the room. The room smelled musty when we arrived and the bathroom smelled of urine. The TV in the room didn't work. The room service was horrific. After we had slept there the first night, the maid came very early in the morning so we asked her to come back later, no big deal right..... Wrong.... She never came back. We had 2 days of no maid service. We will not be staying there again

free breakfast, rooms were ok but bathrooms were DIRTY! fine if staying one night

I normally stay across the street at the Holiday Inn Express, but I thought I would save some money this trip, as the rooms here were half the price. They were half the price because they were half the value. Missed having a mini-fridge in the room, as I usually like to stock up on specific breakfast food items that require refrigeration. I stayed 4 nights, and on one of the days, housekeeping did not visit the room at all. I was gone ALL day, and was very disappointed when I got back to the room at 11:30 PM that the room had not been made up.

Ok. Needs to be updated. Bathrooms especially! Beds weren't too comfy with flat pillows.

Good place. Could use a little updating, but comfortable and a good value.
