Stayed here just shy of 1 week. The hotel itself is very nice, very clean, great views, ideal location. Near shopping, restaurants, hikes, and a bus stop which takes you to Aspen for free. Really enjoyed our time overall. Unfortunately it was very clear to us from the onset that this was the off-season. Menu items at the restaurant were unavailable, staffing was light throughout. It was sometimes a challenge to contact the front desk. All staff was friendly and helpful when able, but timeliness was an issue. There is an unfortunate frequency with which a language barrier must be navigated as well. Would still recommend without hesitation. This place is probably slammed during skiing season.

We were given a room that did not have working air conditioning. It was uncomfortable. The second day, we complained - for a second time - and were moved to a room where the A/C worked. It would have been a much more pleasant stay if we had received A/C when we first complained.

A lot of the staff was in training but were cordial and tried hard. The food was good. It was expensive. All in all a good place.

The hotel is on the mountain yes. But the parking is a 5 minute walk away. I hope you enjoy dragging all your heavy gear at 8000 feet. Once you enter the hotel its a labrynth walkways, elevators and yes even stairs mid hallway. They have the balls to charge for parking and airport shuttle, mandatory. They squueze everything out of you and for no convenience on your part. Everything is a hike to get to. Avoid it. Stay elsewhere and catch your breath. And yes i am in good shape, just bo desire to run around a hotel like a shirpa looking for my room.

The location of the hotel makes it very convenient for skiers. The ski storage is the best I have found in Snowmass just Steps From the slopes and no need to walk around in your boots.

The resort fee is bs they cover nothing plus online it said 15 bucks and when we got there it was 30 totaling up to 99 bucks when I checked out the only benefit I got was a shuttle from and and to the airport the restaurant the Westin provides is horrible and over priced. Over all I'll rate a 5/10

We came late Monday night after traveling a thousand miles from Texas. The Valet guys were quick with help and receptionist was polite and patient with our room change. We got upgrade to better and bigger room for free. Six days with excellent service, great food and friendly faces made our vacation so enjoyable that we promise ourselves we will be back. Only negative (picky me) but not resort's fault, was noise from snow machines who were running all night long. Overall rating for experience in The Westin Resort is excellent. I am recommending it to y'all.

We booked an Alpine room with a balcony. The room is pretty small, with a very small balcony-but has all of the amenities needed. Note that the bathroom shower is handicap accessible-so there is no division between the shower and bathroom floor. The room was very clean and the hotel is located in a beautiful setting. The pricing seemed reasonable for the location. We will definitely stay again. The only issue we had during our stay was that housekeeping entered the room even though we had the "do not disturb" card out. Note: there is no room service.

Two days in a row the air conditioning did not work - their engineers project out of it and could not fix. Third day gave me a room but had a smell..the Manager lets me know that he heard the issue for the first time when I have been talking to the front desk at least 4 times. Horrible experience and would not recommend to anyone

It is great to stay there in terms of pretty much everything. The mall right under it also enhanced the quality of our trip.

Jessa at the front desk was especially helpful in getting us a perfect room- back mountain view and quiet. The ski valet service was wonderful as was the breakfast included with the room!

Everything is great about this place, food, location, staff, chic rooms.

We stayed at the Westin Resort in Snowmass for 5 days for our Honeymoon. It was off season, so it was a little disappointing that the hotel restaurant was closed, so for breakfast we only had the choice of room service or the local Starbucks. However, overall we had an amazing stay. The hotel representative was very sweet, surprised us with complementary champagne and was overall wonderful! The room was clean, comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay! Even when our flight was cancelled due to weather, they automatically were willing to assist us, booked us another room and the staff at the bar/restaurant was helpful, and gave us great service.

Staff very helpful and pleasing to our children's needs. Clean European style resort that exceeded our expectations. The kids loved the healthy menu options and wanted to return each day.

Hotel was good and clean, but there were issues like inconvenient parking location and less food options. Also the window blinds in our room were not good and kinda transparent. We did not get good sleep with all the light coming in.

It was wonderful to getaway to the Westin in Snowmass. The food was good, service was good and the weather was perfect. We stayed at the end of the summer season so had the pool & hot tubs to ourselves. Snowmass Village was fairly empty but that was fine. Free yoga on the event lawn Saturday and Sunday was a draw for us.

The Westin Snowmass has a modern updated feel and has a great staff. We were able to bring our two small dogs who also enjoyed the freedom of movement. Excellent location for skiing next year.

Great hotel, great location, and you cannot beat the rates in October.

The entire mall was closed down for the off season. None of the stores and restaurants were open. The hotel had one lobby restaurant open for lunch and dinner and one other for breakfast. Although the hotel was gorgeous and top notch, the mood was immediately dampened when we discovered that wifi is $10 a day. Not a big deal financially but makes one feel nickel-dimed.

The staff was very good. The rooms were not as roomy as I expected. The greatest disappointment was all the extra costs added on which made it a lot more expensive than I thought. The remodeling of pool and hot tub was a great addition.
