We had a wonderful time, the place is uniquely Impeccable....

This was our second stay and we booked again because we liked the location and amenities that seemed perfect for our budget. Though we did enjoy our stay very much, there were a couple of things we would like to see improvements in future. One is the check in process where we were sent to a wrong room (with a wrong room code). It was not fun going up and down in the slopes and all the way up to the third floor condos - going up and coming down. To be fair to the Hotel staff, some body did show up a little later with the right info and did apologize and help us with our luggage.. but still. Also, it did appear that the property needed a little more up keep. For example the thermostat did not seem to be working and the apartment got hotter that we would normally have liked it to. But all in all it's still a nice place in the mountains.

We had a great experience and an awesome time. Very well located and very confortable!!! 100% recommended!

Room was nicely furnished and comfortable. But it was hot. We couldn't find any air conditioning so sometimes hard to sleep. Hot tub wasn't working 2 of our 3 nights which was a disappointment after hiking. Restaurant was a disappointment. Said farm to table, but just pasta with no veggies or meat or very little meat. Limited menu and expensive for what we got.

I stayed at this condo for a work related trip. The staff was very friendly and outgoing. Answered all our questions and gave great advice for restaurants, biking, hiking, etc. room was hot during the day without air conditioning but they supplied us with a fan when we mentioned it.

Great for families with small children. Separate bedrooms for naps and such. Full condo with kitchen for the same or less than a hotel room.

Tthis is a great place to land after a beautiful day of being outdoors. Staff is friendly, room is clean and property is well maintained. Will go back!

We were pleasantly surprised how well Timberline worked out for us (couple and 14 year old). Good combination of condo and hotel-the layout of the room was like a condo but we had the feel of a small lodge, with a restaurant, hot tub/pool/small gym, shuttle cars, cleaning, laundry facilities and very good restaurant. The studio loft had an updated kitchen so we had our breakfast before skiing. The pullout couch mattress was a bit soft so our kid just slept on the couch without pulling it out which worked out fine for one. Everybody was very nice and friendly. Ski on & off location at Snowmass. Not far from main bus stop (or they could drop you off in 2 minutes). which takes you to Aspen or the other mountains. Would recommend-find out which unit you are reserving as some differ in layout (e.g. ours had small bunkbeds built in for small children which we didn't need). Only negative-walls a bit thin so during XMas school vacations, and the kids next door were a bit noisy.

This Condo/hotel is situated as a Ski-in Ski-out. It is at the higher point of the Snowmass ski slopes area - near the Top of the Hill. Very good location. The Studio with loft is cozy and good enough for 2 people. If you don't mind going up and down stairs to get into the bedroom than it's OK. There are 2 baths one up on down so that is Ok too. The only thing that is a slight draw back are the roof beams in the loft. For anyone over 5'6" they represent a head injury hazard. We taped sheets of paper at the low point so that we would not forget and hit our heads. Especially at night. The Condo could have better humidification system - since the room air is extremely dry. Very uncomfortable during the entire stay. Although the Condo provides a portable humidifier it is not enough. If you want to enjoy the fireplace that intensifies the dryness even more - making it nearly impossible to sleep...; other than these two issues the place is a good value for the price, which beats the hotel's rates.

We are a family of four with two younger kids. We drove to Timberline and were expecting a studio with a king bed and two singles. Somehow, we ended up in a room with two queens, a king, and a pull-out. There was more than enough space and TWO bathrooms! The condo offered rentals of toys, books, and DVDs and had a completely updated appeal. We enjoyed our stay so much. We are vegans and I loved cooking our own food in the fully stocked kitchen!! We could even make smoothies in the blender!!! The children asked if we could live there forever. The pool was amazing and they offered two hot tubs. We were so happy with this place and we plan to stay again next fall. I highly recommend it!!

Very clean and room had been updated. Great view and close to valley activities.

Scenic. Loft one bedroom with balcony. Upgraded from studio loft which was booked. Nice pool and hot tub. Convenient to Snowmass mall. Shuttle service to Aspen.

Timberline Condos conveniently located just uphill from two main lifts at Snowmass. And you can ski directly back onto to the property with just a little planning on what runs to finish the day with. If only the weatther had been better this year--coulda' used more snow! Condos well cared for, had maid service like a hotel (didn't get that at some other conds I've used). Aspen-Snowmass bus system was great ... didn't use the car the seven days we were there.

The condo, number 214, did not have ac; however, the front desk readily provided a fan. The fan made all of the difference. The location was perfect for the JAS festival and parking was ample.

The price was decent, but we were assigned to a unit right above the restaurant kitchen -- with maintenance/laundry room in direct view (no mountain view) -- even when more than 2/3 of the units were empty. Noisy, with staff going in and out of the maintenance room and kitchen, gossiping and chatting away. Hopes for a quiet, serene family getaway evaporated. They were so diligent as to mow the lawn on Saturday, while we were in the unit trying to relax. We know that many condos in Snowmass don't have/need AC but the loft (main bed) was a real sauna (ceiling fan was no help). We could not sleep up there and had to squeeze ourselves onto the two old sofabeds downstairs. The kitchen layout is so cramped even for a studio layout. Some pluses: Furnishings were pretty nice though old. The kitchen and bath were updated. Location was good, and the views in the area are fantastic (though not from our unit). Aspen and Snowmass are great, as always but this condo is NOT.

People very helpful...accomodations were quite good...easy parking and ski in ski out....a very nice experience

This condo seemed like home, and it perfect for us. Our kids are in Snowmass, and this condo was right up the hill. We did visit off season, and the room service was only available Monday through Friday. Also the hot tub had been drained for the season, and the only restaurant on the premises closed the week before. We really had the place to ourselves, but it was wonderful. We would stay there again. I would bet that during the season it would be fantastic because it sits on the top of the mountain, and the skiing is right outside the back door.
