The place was ok. The bedspread was stained or dirty, not sure. The couch was filthy with holes in the cushions. Very loud with traffic souns and walls very thin that you heard other people all hours of the night.

Awesome place to stay.. will be coming to same room 109

I loved our stay at Laurelwood. The staff was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and guiding us to our room, and offered to bring us ice if our freezer wasn't fully stocked with ice. The room itself was SO Colorado :) loved it. Very roomy yet cozy.

Great stay in a picturesque place. Pretty close to Maroon Bells.Check could be a little earlier than 4 pm. But good thing is late booking guarantee for late arrival until 11 pm.

Our room was very beautiful. Staff is wonderful. I love that you don't have to pay for shuttle around town.

Great price, easy parking, great staff, beautiful location!

Loved having the BBQ on the terrace, everything was clean and the condo was large enough for 3 grown up girls to share!

Excellent location, skiing in and out to snow-mass mountain. Very friendly staff and clean place. My wife and I enjoyed our time here. It was wonderful.

We had a wonderful weekend stay in a nicely appointed unit. The weather was awesome. The only issue was, due to the time of year, most of the restaurants on the mall were closed. However, there is a very nice grocery store in the area. The staff was very helpful. Would recommend Laurelwood.

This was a great place and amazing location. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The hot tub was extremely clean and the way it was surrounded by trees made the area feel very intimate.and cozy. Only complaint is the room above us was a little loud. We could hear them shuffling around very early. That being said, I would refer laurel wood to friends and we will prob stay there next time we are in snowmass( hopefully with a top floor room).

Good- Comfortable room in terms of space, closet space, fully functional kitchen Not so good - No elevator. 3rd floor room on a hill. Useless luggage cart that had the handle come off every now and then. Ridiculous having to climb stairs with bags and stuff for a week long trip with children. Parking is a joke. Couldn't park in the lots closest to the property. Had to drive in and out of lots to find a spot. THere was a Pro event the week we were there. Obviously, something they won't tell you at the time of booking. If you were lucky, you would find a parking spot only about 1000 ft away. Else, it would be a short hike to your car and back. Bad - Staff attitude. Not willing to accommodate even a minute of extra time to check out. I understand the rules clearly say that check out is 10 am, but a few extra minutes won't put them back. Check in time is 3 pm. Why someone would need 5 hours to get a room ready is beyond me. Especially when they offer room cleaning everyday. Oh that brings me to room cleaning. It's basically replacing towels. If you are lucky, they would change bed sheets. We stayed 5 nights and were lucky to get 2 bed sheet changes. To give credit where it's due, towels were replaced every single day. Used vessels and utensils were cleaned and dish washed by the staff. Great job there. The bath tub, wash basin, toilet pot were not cleaned. The rooms don't have any way of controlling temperature. So, if you are cold, shut the windows and put on extra layer of clothing. If you are hot, turn on the fan and open the windows. Lights were not adequate. They have small lamps in the corners. Kitchen area was well lit. But otherwise, very dark. The hot tub was excellent. Our room was facing the tub and that was a great convenience. Kids enjoyed spending time in there almost everyday. Overall, it's not a bad place to stay, but definitely skippable. There's plenty of other places to stay in the area.

This is a ski resort condo with nice decor and location next to the slopes. In summer it was beautiful and relaxing. Short drive into Aspen. We loved it.

I stayed here during a summer research conference at the Base Village Conference Center. This condo hotel is clean, quiet, and pleasant, and the units have a full kitchen, which would be great for families. Free international phone, but it only connected half the time use your cell. Lots of nearby parking. The place is, however, quite a bit uphill from Base Village. The gondola service doesn't start until 10AM, only runs until 10PM, and shuts down during the lightning storms that popped up every day during my stay. There's a bus that runs twice an hour, but it only gets as far as the mall three blocks away. The slog up the hill is good exercise but not for everyone, particularly before acclimating to the altitude. I like this place, but you should know what you're getting into. The summer office hours are restricted, so arrive before it closes.

Really nice little condo within walking distance of Snowmass Village. Plenty of room to spread out out, cook breakfast etc. Super comfortable bed and couch. The room was so clean you would think we were the first people to ever stay in it. Great hot tub in a perfect setting.

It was amazing!! The room we got was comfortable. Enjoyed the location, it was perfect for what we needed. There was a kitchen, that was a plus! We really enjoyed our stay.

The location is exceptionally beautiful. A relaxing and cozy atmosphere. More than just an ordinary hotel room, I felt very comfortable and enjoyed my stay.

We enjoyed the features of having a condo, i.e. stove, micro and fridge and the available space. One major drawback was that it seemed there was no way to turn down the heat; we had to open a window. Temps were in the 30's in the night but the heat inside was too high and air very dry. Also, someone left an alarm set to go off at 6AM; we had hoped to RELAX and sleep in a bit!! Maids should check those things!

room needs upgrqding at all levels clean hgih up the mountain

Great room for a couple, full kitchen, excellent hot tubs in a nice flowery setting.

This was a summer trip - my first time to Aspen. The condos were nicely located, close to the center of Snowmass, and only about 20 minutes from downtown Aspen. They were pretty easy to find and the parking was plentiful and right across the street. I rented two units since there were two couples in our party. All of the units are privately owned and although these two 1-bedroom units were the same size, they decorated totally differently. One much nicer than the other. My unit was on the top floor and had a distinctively bad odor when we first walked in. We had to open the doors and windows to really air it out. It was also amazingly hot so we had to sleep with the doors and windows open (no air conditioning). Unfortunately, with everything open, the loud voices from the courtyard below woke my wife and I up at 11:30pm, 12:30am, and 3:30am. There seemed to be lots of foot traffic and noise all night long. Next time I would ask for a unit on a quiter side (not in front). My friends had a very similar experience in thier unit which was more on the side. Also extremely hot and noisy.
