Very pleasant stay, easy to get to. Loved the jacuzzi., and friendly staff. Will stay at again
Great place, very convenient to everything. Nice quiet rooms and pet friendly. Try to get on the river side for the view. Decent breakfast. Walking distance to several restaurants and gas. Staff super friendly. Pool, sauna,,and jacuzzi. Easy drive to Aspen for skiing.
The staff were very friendly and the breakfast had a good variety. The room was nice and the maids we very sweet.
The hotel is OK. Just setting up the reservation was a comedy of errors. It took at least 5 phone calls to get our reservation correct. The people in their reservation center are all but useless. We were expecting our "King Suite" to have a king bed plus possibly a sofa and or recliner or some sort of seating area. Instead, it had a king bed plus two twin beds which served no purpose for us. On the plus side, since the hotel was almost empty, we were able to check in early. The "free" breakfast was adequate to get our day started. The "orange juice" was memorable in that it was essentially orange flavored water. But the biscuits and gravy and coffee were quite good.
Great place to stay to access ski areas without breaking the bank. Really like the King Suite setup having two comfy twin beds, instead of many hotels with the ever-uncomfortable sofa bed that the teens or kids are stuck with. Everything was good, exactly as expected, and just what we needed for our trip. Mini fridge and microwave with wet bar was a big plus as well.
Stayed here for a concert in Aspen and it was great! Free breakfast, nice clean room and friendly staff.
Room was not in good order. The rear doors has been broken for 3 months and wall damage the same. The owners are not very friendly. Maybe the last time I stay here regardless of the price.
We were earlier than expected and couldn't check in to our originally hotel early so we came next door to Days Inn, and GREAT customer service at 3:30am, a beautiful little fluff ball greeted me as I walked in, and the woman behind the desk really made it easy for us to get a room and get to sleep.. good rooms, comfy beds!!! We needed a late checkout this morning and the morning man agreed so thankfully we can sleep a couple more hours!!! Pet friendly hotel, even the workers have their pets here! GREAT atmosphere!!! I wish I was staying here the next couple nights!
It was a short stay, the staff was friendly, the bed was comfy, the rooms could use a little update but it was quaint
Very basic accomodations. Rooms are small and need to be updated. Noise travels from hallways and next-door rooms. We had light bulbs missing (obviously poor lighting) and a window that opened onto a cement window well, with no view. We would have preferred a parking lot view with some sunlight to our grim window well. Breakfast is very basic, with items to heat and prepare yourself (frozen waffles, omelettes in sealed plastic). Nothing special. The family that owns this facility was very friendly and nice. They just need to invest in modernizing and improving the product and services they offer.
