Nice hotel and good area the hotel staff was rude at times but other than that all and all a good hotel to stay and veiw

Our room was clean well supplied and the staff was great. The only thing wrong for me was the room was on the third floor and when you get off the elevator you have to go down some stairs to get to the room, which means if you have more than a couple bags the you have to carry them all down some stairs to get to your room.

This is a very nice hotel in a quaint little mountain town. Everyone was very nice and the breakfast was good.

We were here just for a night stay. We checked in at around 10 PM and checked out at 9 AM next morning. Breakfast was included. The room was very spacious, a little old looking, but well maintained. Bathroom looked new and all accessories were provided. We had booked a King Suite and surprisingly it not only had 1 King bed, but also 2 additional single beds. Of course, we didn't need these 2 additional beds, but it would have been very useful for a family with 2 kids. We anyway didn't have much expectation in terms of luxury for a simple one night stay; but we found that hotel is good for family stay.

We stay in Carbondale at least once per year, and the past few years have stayed at the Days Inn. Last year during our stay, a family of kids were running up and down the halls banging on doors and generally annoying guests. We complained to staff, and eventually (about 90 minutes later) the havoc ceased. Granted, this was probably an isolated incident, and I blame the parents, not the hotel. This year, when we arrived for check in, it was 15 minutes before the front desk clerk arrived (note on desk "be back soon"). After we got settled, there was no hot water in the shower. I ran the water for 15 minutes, and eventually took a luke-warm shower. I notified staff, but the water never got hot. The water at the sink was hot, though. As we got ready for bed, the guests across the hall had a dog which barked occasionally until about 10pm, which kept us up (we like to retire early). Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly, amenities average. We are Wyndham Rewards members, but due to the past two years' experience, will probably seek out another hotel the next time we stay in Carbondale.

The showers feel larger than ever, with good molded shelf for soap & shampoo. All new entry & bath wood-look flooring. Many early risers here, working local jobs, as well as touring bicyclist groups, seniors on bus tours, some groups of friends motorcycling together, occasionally children with parents for "away" soccer or basketball games.

We enjoyed the friendly greeting when we arrived. Chrystal made certain we knew the lay of the land inside the property and directions around Carbondale. The sauna and hot tub were very relaxing after a long drive and we found the experience very acceptable.

The rooms were very clean and nice. The staff was very helpful. We were 5 couples who came to ride our bicycles from Aspen to Carbondale. They let us store our bicycles in their storeroom overnight .

We were so happy to find this place after a long days drive through the mountains. The room was neat and clean with a delicious breakfast.

The stay was great very nice people and we meet some other's traveling with amazing info on local attractions..
