From the minute you walked in the door, there was a room spray odor that overwhelmed. The lobby was tolerable, but the Room was not. In the room, the spray covered a musty, mildew smell that was overpowering. No other handicap room was available, so we were stuck... The front desk - a very nice young lady- said housekeeping used a spray. But, this smelled like incense.

This place was a dump! Right away I knew I made a huge mistake by booking this crap. I walked down the hallway to our room and it was hot and muggy. No air condition during hot August weather. Then get in my small outdated room, and find bo aircondition again. The place was gross. I looked around and thought crap this place probably has bedbugs. Well the sheets were white, and i was waking up to peppercorn sized blood drops on matress and had no cuts or scrapes. Perfect round spots. I googled it and yup totally bedbugs.

Second time staying here. Rooms are clean. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is decent. First visit the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. My only complaint is this time the Wi-Fi was poor. There are 5 networks; 2 for each floor & 1 for the lobby. 1 of the 2 downstairs networks didn't work at all. 1 worked about half the time at a speed too slow to be usable. The 2 upstairs networks were too slow to be usable. The lobby network was so slow it was usable maybe half the time. As an IT tech, this didn't seem to be due to an issue with the internet service provider; it seemed to be something wrong with the Wi-Fi networks at the hotel. As an IT tech, I sometimes have to work remotely, but the Wi-Fi issues, I couldn't, which might prevent me from being able to stay there again. As a general consumer, I rely on Wi-Fi for all kinds of entertainment, so it's critical that it works reliably and that it's fast.

notified the front desk clerk at 745 on a Saturday that the inside door handle had come off. When we returned to the room after 6 it was still on the floor where I had left it despite housekeeping obviously having had visited. The evening front desk clerk was extremely rude when notified and asked to open the door from the outside. Apparently she didn't like my tone and threatened to have us evicted. She eventually put us in a different room... with a broken coffee maker after my wife calmed her down to a rational level. She has no business in a customer service job. Additionally, the beds are very uncomfortable. We left with another night on our reservation.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times for different occasions and will stay any time I am in the area! The staff is very friendly and it is without a doubt the nicest Ramada I've stayed in. The rooms were clean upon arrival and cleaned very thouroughly during my stay. Would highly recommend you will NOT go wrong for the price!

Hotel was clean and comfortable Maid service was great Breakfast had many items to choose from Visit went without issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Toilet didn't work for 2 days was always told they made a note of it but making a note and fixing it is 2 different things when asked to move to a new room was told that I needed to make that request with in 30 minutes of check in At check out manager said they don't acknowledge orbits prices and charged me considerable more refuse to talk about it and was told to get out of their establishment when I asked for her supervisor phone number Don't stay here no customer service and price will not be what you agreed to but you will learn that at check out

The first room I entered smelled like urine. The second rooms toilet kept running and was not a king room but Id rather have 2 beds than it smell like pee. There was also mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.

Good Hotel with queen bed and included breakfast in the morning. No gym or business center. Bed was comfortable 2nd stay but 1st stay two weeks ago was not. AC was good second stay but very humid/musty in room first stay. Breakfast was good. For a short stay and below $100/night, I'd stay again.

Staff was nice, check in was simple and quick, nice bed, could use more attention to detail when cleaning but was very pleased with room.

There was about 1/2 inch play in the door when locked. It appeared part of the catch had been removed. The maid told us other doors were the same way. It appeared someone could easily put something in there and open the door. Also the window could not be locked. It was the second story, but we did not feel safe with these conditions. We felt so unsafe we removed our important belongings when we left the room for any reason. Had it not been a time when everything was booked, we might have moved.

The hotel was clean, the staff helpful & polite. The price as a little high. Breakfast could have provided more options.

It would be really nice if you would have the ac on in guests room when you plan on filling the room. The ac was not on when we got there and it was very hot when we got into the room. Other than that the stay was good.

Nice big room with 2 comfortable queen-size beds and plenty of space, with microwave and fridge. The air conditioner blew cold air, the water was hot, and breakfast with a good selection. Good places to eat within a few miles of the hotel. I give it two thumbs up and would stay again.

second time, wi-fi not good, otherwise great

wonderful hotel- great bang for your buck

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times for different occasions and will stay any time I am in the area! The staff is very friendly and it is without a doubt the nicest Ramada I've stayed in. The rooms were clean upon arrival and cleaned very thouroughly during my stay. Would highly recommend you will NOT go wrong for the price!
