Our stay at this hotel was entirely pleasant! The beds were extremely comfortable, room was spacious, bathroom was extra nice! We needed sleep, and it was quiet and comfortable. The staff were very professional and efficient. Wish the hotel had a restaurant within walking distance.

I visited with my family or four and overall we had a great visit. The kids enjoyed the pool and the view of the mountains from our room was fabulous. The bathroom and room was modern and very clean. My only complaint was the old fashioned floor a/c unit. It was very noisy and cut on/off all night long, waking me up each time it did so. The button to run the constant fan was either disabled or broken. Other than a poor nights sleep, I would have given this five stars.

Beds are very uncomfortable. The room temp was hard to regulate. Even setting it on 65, the heat was on and throughout the night and was well above 65

Room was clean but ceiling was cracked with visible water stains in the bath.

Good hotel. A little bit pricey, but Asheville and its hype is what you have to pay for. Carpet in the hotel is clean but time to replace them, and for the price you pay these rooms should have hardwood floor. Rooms are very clean, great work from their staff. Breakfast is the typical for the average american hotel: plastic forks, foam plates that should be banned, but with a variety. This is just the standard and what people expect, it is not the hotel's problem, but the regular guest's. They make the hotel convenient for the traveller, including everything in the room (iron, extra sink out of the restroom, just a rack instead of full closet is a plus, microwave and refrigerator)

The hotel was nice. The person who checked us in was very funny and engaging. We stayed one night as we were in town to visit the Biltmore Estate. I would recommend this hotel.

Very convenient if just passing through right next to I-26. Very friendly staff and good clean rooms with excellent free breakfast.

This hotel was very clean and overall a good value. Our room keys did not work the second night requiring a trip to front desk. Location is across from new outlet mall which is very nice.

The hotel was new clean and right off interstate 26. Perfect location for one night stop on the way to Gatlinburg Tennessee. We shopped at new outlet mall down the street.

Nice clean hotel like most of the HI Express hotels I've stayed in. Free breakfast.

We stayed in the King Suite and it was a wonderful room! Very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the free breakfast was great

Spent just one night w/ my husband and my 4 y/o for my husband marathon held at Biltmore premises. We didn't use the amenities like pool, spa and gym . The breakfast was adequate and they served promptly at 6:30 am w/c iwas good because we have to leave by 7:15 in the morning. We stayed on 2 stayed on 2nd floor close to the stairs and we didn't hear any people talking. Aside from the ac humming we were comfortable with 2 queen beds we slept in. Overall it was a good experience.

We stayed here after a quick visit to the Biltmore on our way to Hilton Head and it was perfect. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was awesome for our family of five. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was great-extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and breakfast was great. You never would have known that the hotel was completely booked.

It was clean and functional for our one night stay. The location was a little out of the way but not terrible. The staff was kind but the breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The stay was very pleasant. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is also convenient to the airport.

If you want to be very close to downtown Asheville, obviously this place isn't for you. We chose the location because it was between downtown and easy access to the Blue Ridge Pkwy. The location wasn't so great but there was an Ingles supermarket near by. The room has a fridge but no microwave; however, the lobby has a microwave accessible at any hour. The lobby also had coffee/tea and water fountains available 24/7 which was great. Breakfast was okay; nothing special but better than just continental. They had cookies in the lobby in the evening. The place was very clean and the rooms were recently updated so the carpet/fixtures/furniture were very clean and nice. Shower/tub enclosures were older but had been "re-finished." The staff was also all very nice; check-in was friendly and easy and the cleaning staff were also very nice. They even knocked on our door to make sure everything was okay. We did not use the pool during the stay bc it was still closed for Winter though we peeked in the fitness center and spa. It's great it has a spa/hot tub but it was pretty small and crowded and the fitness room was just 2 or 3 treadmills. Not a big deal to us but perhaps for some. It was super quiet in the hotel when we were there which was also great.

Soaps and shampoos are decent, as is the comfort of the bed. Never saw a machine where one presses a button and a fresh pancake is made--baller! Flat screen TV is better than anticipate but satellite TV kept cutting out. All staff were super friendly!

The staff was very kind, nice hotel. Close to great mountain biking trails, short drive to shopping and downtown.

The rooms & beds were very comfortable and clean. Spacious bathroom with plenty of extra towels and complimentary soaps, shampoo and conditioner. The TV is really big and has all the standard channels. The staff was really nice and answered any question we had. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good, probably the best I've ever had in a hotel! The location was also really nice, everything was 5-15 minutes away from the hotel.

Our hotel is one exit down to the Biltmore Estate which is very convenient. I am sorry that the temperature in your room was hot. They are being replaced this winter. We hope to see you again. Best, Ellen Pettigrew, Manager
