The hotel was newly remodeled and close to everything Asheville has to offer. The breakfast was just adaquit. They need to have creamers for coffee available instead of the powder or milk.

I usually stay in private cabins when I travel to Asheville since I always bring my dogs. I decided to stop overnight in Asheville while heading to Boone for a wedding and couldn't find a cabin so I decided to stay at Days Inn since they were dog-friendly. I was so surprised at how nice the room was and the bed was very comfortable. I'd highly recommend this Days Inn for people traveling with or without pets!!

Spotless, very safe hotel. Each time we have stayed here it have never disappointed us. Only thing is the refrigerator was vibrating all night. We let management know before we checked out.

We had no air was not even plugged in At 10 P.M. nice employees came to help and fixed +replaced controls had a hard time getting room confortable for night but appreciated effert to fix, should have been already fixed as someone unplugged for a reason

Only real issue was that they had steam cleaned the carpets in our room and they were still damp. This led to a fairly humid environment in the room. Other than that all was acceptable.

The hotel was clean, the breakfast's were GREAT, it was in close proximity to all the places we wanted to go. Great Experience!!

Experience was wonderful. Room 307 on the back side of hotel. Our room was very clean. We could hear the train pretty good when it come through but that wasn't a big issue for us. Beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room to put our travel playard for the baby. We will definitely stay here again.

It was a pleasant enough room and breakfast was good, with eggs as well as waffles. It was also a good place for dogs as there was a large grassy area to walk them in

Nice hotel with convenient location! Everything was newly renovated. Breakfast was great, they even have waffle makers! The hotel was very quiet. You couldn't hear anything going on next door like showers running or anything. I would definitely stay here again!

A friend and I stayed here for one night for a show in downtown Asheville. It was easy to find from the interstate and close to a few restaurants and gas stations. The uber ride to downtown was 5 minutes. The hotel itself was clean. The front desk staff was professional. We didn't need housekeeping since we only stayed one night, nor did we try the breakfast, but overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place outside of downtown Asheville. We will stay again.

Room was not made upon return and had to go to front desk and get amenities for next night stay.

A great hotel to stay at with comfort and pleasure.

Inconsistent wi-fi. No lobby, just a breakfast area.

The room seemed very clean and the hotel location was good. Room did have some maintance issues. The bathroom light for example, was very loud when the vent ran( they ran together). Enough so that I could only shower with the light/vent turned off. Still a good value for nice place

The room was clean and sufficient for our short stay. It is conveniently located to the Blue Ridge Parkway and downtown Asheville. The hotel is right on the train tracks but we only hear one train pass by over two days. Front desk staff seemed rushed during check-in, but were otherwise pleasant.

We arrived at 4pm to check in and were given a room, then we were told it's not clean and we would have to wait. We told them we had a conference we needed to be at and really needed to change clothes. They then said they could give us another room on the 3rd floor, when we went up to that room and opened the door there was a couple already in the room. It was very scary for them and embarrassing for us. So we returned to front desk to get yet another room. We still had to wait for it to be cleaned. Later that evening when we returned from our conference, our keys would not work and we had to get in a line, with no one at front desk and was told by people in line that she had to go clean a room. It was 9:30pm. There were 5 guests in front of us, all whose keys were not working as well. We waited about 30 minutes for her return and fix all the keys, the whole time the front desk was completely unmanned. Though she was apologetic, it was ridiculous and very disappointing. It was just a comedy of errors and certainly did not deserve the amount of money we paid for the poor service we received.

Decent hotel, convenient location. Room was clean, bathroom was clean. A/C worked well. Would stay here again.

Clean, updated rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast... I was worried about choosing the cheapest hotel I could find (other than the obviously sketch places), but it did not disappoint! Perfect girls weekend stay and close to the mall, outlet, and downtown!

Three day stay at Days Inn. When I walked into the lobby I felt overcome by the pungent smell of fragrant scents (air freshener?). Overpowering and unnecessary considering this smell was the least bit pleasant. My room was on the third floor and in the hallway I could smell cigarette smoke. Could hear the television from next door. Large trucks and cars with powerful mufflers were quite noisy at various times of the day. Unfortunately, my room faced the busy intersection.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that you experienced any problem while you were here. I don't know why someone would have unplugged the A/C. I'm sorry that it happened. I hope that next time in Asheville you will give us another chance.
