Beds were comfortable. Easy to find. Shower had nice pressure. Check in and out clerks were very friendly. Quiet area.
Nothing special, just another motel
There was an additional $10 fee per night if I wanted a ground floor room and there are 3 stories, 2 sets of stairs to climb. The staff is very friendly and that is important to me. It was generally a quiet place to stay. It is located in a quiet pretty country rural location, away from the city. That was a plus for me.
Room was a bit worn, but clean for the age of the property. The whole building was somewhat rundown.
The room was incredible smelly of smoke, even though I had booked a smoking room the smell wan unbearable so I had to stay somewhere else. So I basically wasted my money.
Staff was pleasant and room was clean. Facility is VERY old and exterior left a lot to be desired. This is a MOTEL with doors and windows into rooms are along outside walkways. The stairs are rusted through in some places. Our room's door would not stay closed, a staff member came to address it and told us just to slam the door and it would close - so that's what we did. I would not have stayed there alone as there were some sketchy characters hanging around outside their rooms drinking and smoking. Overnight it was very quiet and we slept well. Did not have breakfast there as Biscuit Head restaurant was suggested as a must try - it was delicious. Place is ok for an inexpensive trip where you wouldn't be in room for much time. I don't think I would return though.
Overall the property was nice and what I would expect at this price point and age of hotel. I'm glad my room wasn't facing I-40.
The property is well cared for and clean but the rooms are old & you can really tell by the sloped floors & older style decor. The staff are friendly & the breakfast was pleasant.

The room was not clean at all and smelled like smoke. Public hairs galor in the shower all over. Disgusting!
Room had a very stinky smell that all our clothes and luggage smelled like that after our stay.
The beds were very comfortable. Clean rooms but some things need fixing. Management was attentive to these issues. We weren't picky for the price was incredible for what was included. Supper as well as breakfast! I never heard of that! The sweet lady cooking the meals was terrific. She was very friendly and attentive. We were very fortunate to save money on meals considering we are a family of 4 with two teenagers! Would definitely stay again. Thank you Days Inn staff!
