The staff was very helpful. Overall I was pleased with the experience. Two exceptions (although minor) fan in the bathroom wasn't strong enough to remove steam from the mirror; no body wash in bathroom; the microwave didn't heat well. Whoops, that's three! In summary, it was very good.

Hotel is hard to get into. You will pass the entrance quite easily. Lobby was nice. Enjoyed the 24/7 coffee. I asked for a quite room because I don't sleep well. I got a room across from the elevators and vending machines, 1st floor where everybody coming and going passed. Walls are thin, you can hear every other room around you. Room was decently cleaned but if you're staying over and don't ask for fresh sheets, making the bed consists of throwing the covers up in place, that's it. On Sunday I went down for breakfast at 6:30 before going to work to be informed that breakfast wasn't ready since it didn't open till 7 but I could grab something to go. Everything was actually ready so I'm not sure why this was an issue. Would I stay again? Next year I'll do some more research and if I can find a better option, I will.

Had absolutely no issues this facility. Staff was very nice, room was clean and breakfast was just fine for a quick bite. Only thing is the location is quite a way from downtime, traffic wasn't a problem it took approx 10-15 min. Parking in downtown Asheville can get tricky. We loved Asheville.

Gives you a good feeling - a family feel. Nice steps going up and rest of layout is bit cozy ---not like a sterile hotel. Manager very helpful and friendly. Quiet and clean

Newly constructed with very kind staff! Felt like home with excellant amenities. The breakfast area is a bit tight but food was fresh and served its purpose!!

We were pleasantly surprized with our room at this hotel. The suite was two separate rooms with two separate bathrooms. More than enough space for three people for one night. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of items. Located moves right across the street from the outlet mall's. And a short distance to the Biltmore. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to the Biltmore.

Very comfy and clean! Great place. In room fridge and microwave big plus!

Asheville area expensive so this hotel was one of the more affordable. Room was clean but carpet was very worn down, bed not very comfortable, lobby area had odd smell. Pool very small. Parking was limited.

Clean hotel. Nice rooms. Extremely small pool. Hot breakfast did not look good. Snacks were a great treat.

Friendly staff with clean rooms. Definitely will recommend to family and friends

Upon walking in the reception area we were impressed with this hotel. Our room was exceptional (two Queen beds), extremely clean, and quiet.

Overall I had a great stay at the hotel ! Location was great, room was very clean, staff was great and the breakfast is awesome ! Also the price is very reasonable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Asheville area.

A little loud due to the construction next door and the clang-y heater. The breakfast is hot and good enough.

We were only here for one night, but this hotel was wonderful. Great free breakfast.

The hotel was clean, beautifully decorated, modern rooms, friendly staff, and a real hot continental breakfast!!!

Made reservation for the same day But aome how the calender jump 3 weeks and when i clicked i realized mistake. I called within minutes to inform of rhe error. Nobody wanted to Hear me all was , sorry we cant change it was less than professional What bothers me is that I have become follower of your brand and had just stayed in anothe on the way North. Very bAd to treat reg customers Julian fernandez

This was our first stay at a Country Inn and Suites. It was a comfortable room with nice beds and a clean bathroom. We slept too late the first morning and didn't get to sample the breakfast buffet. On our final morning we ate at the buffet and I don't have any complaints with the buffet, but was not overly impressed. We would stay at this hotel again in the future.

Clean and convenient to downtown Asheville. Few miles from Blue ridge parkway.

Couldn't be more impressed. Was not familiar with this chain prior to this visit, and now will seek them out in the future. Terrific and very accommodating staff.

Overnight stay on a long road trip. Not visiting the area, but this would have been a good location if we were. On main road, but convenient to malls, attractions and restaurants. Large quiet room. Great value, especially compared to other facilities in the area. Generous free breakfast buffet, and very friendly, helpful and accomodating staff.
