Room too small for roll away bed we initially planned on asking for. Were told to put cases on extra pillows we requested, as staff member was too busy to do it. Weren't told week day hours for breakfast buffet were not the same as weekend so we missed breakfast.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was too small for the crowd. Breakfast food was okay, eggs were not real. Elevator motion felt like it was moving faster but in fact was slow. I had gotten out a few times by mistake thinking it was my floor. It would be helpful if there's a big floor level sign on the wall facing the elevator.

I stayed there for one night and had a pleasant experience. They have a nice breakfast and easy check in. All in all a good stay.

My sister and I had a lovely stay when we visited Asheville last weekend. The staff were so nice and accommodating. Even apologized for our room not being ready earlier than the appropriate check-in time. We were fine with it. The beds were so comfortable and I would have loved to bring one of the pillows home. If I ever come up to Asheville for another weekend, I'll most definitely stay here. Oh, and the complimentary breakfast went far beyond a continental breakfast set up. Delicious.

Great room size, clean, and comfortable. Easy reservations, easy check in and out. Great place to stay.

A bit out from downtown but nice hotel and reasonable rate. My 2nd time staying here.

We had a suite so it was a little more flexible. I like a firm bed but this was barely padded mattress. The rest of the time was great

Went for three nights. Rooms were big, beds were really comfortable, everything was very clean. Highly recommend.

Staff, rooms and breakfast were all wonderful. Even the coffee was better than I'd expected.

Good breakfast, nice ambiance, off of a quiet street. Friendly staff. Recommend going to Walk restaurant, casual but amazing food.

Super easy access to interstate and many restaurants close by, even several within walking distance.

We were very happy with our stay. The cost to value was good.

This hotel was the center point of everything we had planned for our trip. It was clean, relaxing, and quiet. There are no complaints for the hotel. I really enjoyed the stay!

We stayed here for a layover as we traveled to Charleston, SC for my son's Navy graduation. We stayed on the way down and again on the way back. Although, it seemed like some of the rooms could use a little updating, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a very nice, very large vanity which helps to keep toiletries in order. There was a free full breakfast which was just ok. powdered eggs and overdone sausage. The waffles were good! Also would have like to see biscuits and gravy which seems to be the standard in the south. This hotel was a good value and I would stay here again!

Great work by Amanda. Hotel was clean and ready for our stay. Our family arrived late in the evening, but everything was ready when we arrived.

When we got to the hotel, the room was ready and the check in process quick. Our room was large and the whirlpool tub was everything we hoped it would be for our romantic getaway. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was yummy. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel met our needs. They served a very nice breakfast buffet. The rooms were adequate and the staff friendly.

Just what we needed at the end of two long days. Paid extra for the Jacuzzi tub and it was worth it. Breakfast was great.

It may have been the specific weekend that I booked, but the price was quite a bit higher than I had experienced at other Country Inn and Suites. That being said, the stay was nice and the breakfast was very good each morning.

We had a busy weekend with friends, and the hotel was the perfect place to rest and get a good night sleep! Great staff! Great location! Highly recommend!
